If you're coming back from the beach, just stick the bathing suits in the private washer/dryer so everything's clean on your schedule. Guests of this condo will enjoy access to a shared hot tub and outdoor pool during their stay! Take in the views and the beachside dining at the Cocoa Beach Pier three miles away! If you'd like a break from the beach, enjoy a round of mini golf at Lighthouse Cove Adventure Golf just under two miles away. Six miles north at Cape Canaveral, you can get a great look of the surrounding area at the Exploration Tower. Not far from there is the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse, where guests can take a tour and learn more about the area's space exploration heritage. If you're looking to go fishing out on the water, guests can find many options at Port Canaveral just six miles away. THINGS TO KNOW The front bedroom does not have cable, but it is available in the primary bedroom and living room. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 6. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. This place was well stocked, but fell short in other areas. The old, worn, brown shag carpeting in the bedrooms harbor odors and need replacing. Couches need professional cleaning also due to odors. Concrete restoration in common areas was loud and disruptive. Be aware that hotel construction next door will be ongoing for two more years. This place has a lot of potential but needs freshening up. I cannot recommend this place in its current condition.

There was preplanned construction happening on the walkway, which was the only way in and out of the property. When I arrived there was a sign on the door stating that I could not use the walkway between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. for three of the five days of my trip. Signs were posted in the elevator saying this was a project that spanned more than a month. The unit shouldn't have been rented out during this time.
I notified the property management firm right away and have followed up by text. I keep getting told they are "looking into it". I also contacted VRBO help to see if they could do anything and all they can do after a 30 minute chat is email the property manager and ask them the same questions I have already asked them.
The condo had sticky handles and was not as clean as one might expect. There was no guest book detailing even the most important things like the fact that the random unexplained keys in a bowl are what you need to get into the gates/stairs if you leave!
I have used VRBO many times before and never had an issue until I rented one using the Vacasa Property Management Company. Beware.

We had a very nice stay and love the beach access.
However the condo is not really clean. We were asked when we moved in if it was clean. I explained the following, and was offered the cleaning service. I didn’t want to spend a day of my vacation having to manage what they should have done months ago. So we decided to live with it.
There are cobwebs in the corners, dust on the ceilings, black mold on the cords that connect the ceiling fans to outlets, baseboards are dusty, the master closet wire shelving is tacky and brown with mold and dirt. If there hadn’t been a washer we would not have used the dresser.
We lived with the grime, if you can live with it, this is a great location to the beach, which is what we were here for.
There is 13 acre closed down resort next door. Fire and police there every day running drills.
I read it was bought by Hilton and will be rebuilt and opened 2024.
You have to buy beach chairs etc….
The master bed was comfortable, memory foam. But if you are a hot sleeper you will sweat.

We stay at Sandcastles every year and have rented from various owners. The only improvement I could recommend for this unit is to have beach chairs and umbrellas available for your tenants. Other than that- we had a very nice stay.

The condo was just as pictured. We were so pleased with the amount of space and the amenities in our room. The beach access was perfect. We loved the place. Cocoa Beach however, had a sargassum seaweed problem. The entire beach was brown. The I wan was like swimming in slime.

The property was right on the Beach which was so harndy for us/. We were able to eat our meals on the screened in patio.. The kitchen was well stocked which made it possible to Cook for people who had restrictive diets..

We loved this property. It was very safe and secure. The condo was very roomy and the balcony view was amazing. Great to watch shuttle launches. Beds were comfy. Condo was also quiet. Pool was all shaded but there is private beach access and the beach was awesome too. We saw dolphins, a sting ray and a shark from the beach. Overall this place made for an awesome vacation spot.

This place has a nice cottage feel to it! Very comfortable, and a bit worn. Everything you need is there. Walking distance to several restaurants, and grocery store. Miles of sunrise ocean beach to walk in the morning, and sunsets over the river a few minutes away! Nice place to just chill.

While the elevator did go down once during our stay, it was fixed within a few hours, and the pool was cleaned every morning. The beach was nice and secluded, with mostly retired people in the area. The waves were great, and it was not far from the pier and other restaurants in the area. We will definitely be going back again!

Perfect to be close to beach! Beds were a bit old and pillows leave a lot to be desired. Ding for communication was there there are beach Towels and a blender on this property! Lol! Outdated stuff/ but again- perfect for us!

I was a nice quiet cozy condo. I am rating it 4 stars because it really needs to be updated, needs better house keeping I found food on utensils. Elevator only worked half of the time with the unit being on level 5 it was a hassle. I really enjoyed having private access to the beach and pool was very clean.

Unit as advertised with easy access to the beach. But the bonus came when SpaceX did a launch. An excellent view and a bucket list item off the list!
