Uitstekend met goede bedden en een prima ontbijt

Ligging, lekker ruim opgezet, lift buiten en goed ontbijt en prima kamer met uitstekende doucheruimte

De koffie hoek is niet verlicht. Je staat in een schemerduister of half donker je koffie te zetten. Vreemd apparaat dus een beetje op de tast

Relaxing Getaway

Everything was nice. I really enjoyed the area around the property as you could walk to a neighboring castle hotel.

Very good stay

Very spacious, clean and modern rooms. More than enough parking outside. The restaurant within the hotel is very nice. Close drive to the Thermen Spa

works were going on in the rooms all around. coffee machine was broken (got replaced) airco was very noisy very expensive for a hotel that is in dire need of a refresh

Superb

Perfect for cold weather weekend escape from Belgium:) easy to drive in, modern design, decent size of swimming pool, almost no one in gym, very good breakfast & overall tasty restaurant

Paying extra & treasury hunt for bathrobes...seriously? ;) just buy enough & leave at the room

Best breakfast

We liked it our room, was really comfortable and clean. We liked a food in a restaurant. Breakfast was amazing.

Customer service when the guys where there non of us liked it. Hard to understand what they say, they didn't explain. Where pretty rood, walking away without saying anything. Gladly shift changed and there was very helpful and polite young woman.

Price/quality ratio lower than expected!

There is nothing wrong or missing in the hotel.

For what one pays, one would expect a bit more than this. There are better hotels like NH hotels. The staff don't show enough attention and did not even calculate the payment correctly.

horrible experience, last time staying at van der valk hotels

it looks amazing from the outside

the non smoking room had a bad cigarette stench that the ac and open window couldn’t get out, and we were with two kids. a family room for 4 people, with a bathroom that’s got no door and basically no wall either, open for everyone to see, and impossible to shower in cause the hose on the shower is very short and hard, and the water pressure left our hair with shampoo no matter how long we tried to wash it out. out of hotel’s control, but there was a man staring at my little sister for a long time and she had to leave cause she was so uncomfortable.

disappointed that I was not able to make the most of the gym

the staff, location and food

the gym did not open till 0700, too late for some to train before breakfast and then go to work!! evening classes in the gym,should not impact hotel guests

Very Nice place to stay , perfered for couples

Very fast check in / check out process. the hotel is clean , easy to access , parking was easy and the view is amazing , nice heated pool .Room amenties was great. coffee machine for those who enjoy coffee in the morning , spacious room.

the Bathroom didn't have a door , it is kind of intimate room , we stayed there friends not a family or a couple , so it was not comfortable to use the shower and the toilet in gerneral.

A good stay, once again, it was enjoyable.

The breakfast is really good, buffet style, with lots of options and the chance for fresh omelettes. The rooms have space, a comfortable bed, the bathroom is big, with a tub and a nice spacious shower cabin, to walk in. Parking is available in front of the hotel, plenty of space

The beds are split in the middle, if you bring a partner, this is not comfortable or nice. The hotel is not near many things, you need a car, but you are then close to Brunssum, Heerlen, etc. The AC did not really work, or heated too much, instead of cooling.
