Lack of kitchen facilities

Everything was perfect. The room was clean. The receptionist was very nice. Facilities were fantastic. Definitely will come back again.

the check in was easy and the room had everything i needed

the location wasnt great, i didnt really feel safe walking around on my own in the evening to find food. the bed wasn't very comfortable

The only equipment for cooking is the microwave, no induction cooker, gas cooker or other equipment. There are no washing up liquid and clean scourer for stuff cleaning. Just a few plates and cups, no big bowls, even making a simple soup is not possible. Those things are very cheap, hope the hotel could provide in future. The biggest problem is the noise. The noise is not from external neighbor or traffic, it is actually from other room’s door close, which make very loud noise. Even the heating radiator in my room is vibrating whilst some other guest close their door. I was woken up many times that night and slept very badly.

It was near the station, very clean. I have seen only one staff member and he was very friendly.

Stairs are little tight. No lift. No safe to keep you stuff somewhere. Towels were washed but have had their life.
