The open plan large kitchen and dining room area is well equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday in Ireland. There is a utility room providing extra storage for you and your guests. This coastal holiday home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 guests comfortably: Ground Floor: - King-size en-suite with shower, sleeping 2 - Double bedroom, sleeping 2 The family bathroom is located on the ground floor with bath and shower attachment, hand basin and toilet. First Floor: - King-size bedroom, sleeping 2 - Twin bedroom sleeping 2 On the first floor there is also a separate shower room with toilet. There are no hens/stag parties permitted at Madam’s Hill House Killarney. One small dog is permitted but must stay in the utility room for most of the duration of the stay. We loved how spacious it was. The kiddies books and games were also a happy bonus. The kitchen was the perfect gathering spot with everything that we needed. Thank you for all the take out menus, they came in handy. We had a few issuea with the toilets, the flush for the bathroom upstairs and in the communal bathroom downstairs both needed seeing to. The baby cot doesn't have a mattress. It was a bit dusty under the double bed upstairs, I only know because my baby crawled under! Other than that it was perfect. I'm only writing this so you're aware.

Cleanest house I've rented in many years. Location is great. Owner was always back to us straight away any time I contacted him. Downstairs bedroom with the en-suite felt a little damp. There is no vent there so wondering if a extractor fan in the en-suite would help. All the other rooms were perfect.

Fijn en ruim vakantiehuis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Centraal gelegen voor diverse uitstapjes De tuin is niet gezellig (veel asfalt en steen), WIFI is niet aanwezig, en met warm weer zijn de bovenste twee kamers erg heet.

Although there were a few signs of wear and tear throughout we happily found the house very clean, extremely spacious with a good layout, well equipped and very comfortable. Pleasant, quiet spot (some deers ventured through the hedge to peek at us) close to Killarney and well situated for touring the many local beauty spots by car. The outside space is not very inviting being mainly tarmac and sloping grassy banks. There are currently no views except for a small opening visible from the car park and a lounge window. The appliances (particularly dryer, washing machine, extractor fan, dishwasher, oven) are in need of a deep clean.

Really great house, spotless on arrival, incredibly spacious, very central location, perfect base for a Kerry holiday. Every need provided for in the house, and very central to all amenities to support a self catering holiday. Loads of green space around the house for our dog to enjoy.
