Tres Palmas, located in Pineapple Village is a quiet walkable community surrounded by Margaritaville Vacation Club. Book here and avoid those unexpected "Resort Fees." This newly renovated studio unit boasts a kitchen complete with granite countertops and equipped with everything you need to cook your own Caribbean feast. The large fully stocked bathroom has been redone with a tile and glass walk in shower and plenty of counter space. Grill dinner on your personal patio with the included gas grille or just sit and relax with your morning coffee. Tres Palmas got a complete facelift with all new furnishings Fall of 2020. All new luxury bedding was added for the king sized bed as well as a new couch to offer an additional sleeping option. Following our palm tree lined flat pathway in one direction will lead you to our newly renovated community pool (including a kiddy pool) which is complete with loungers and a covered seating area. Travel in the opposite direction and you arrive at Water Bay beach. We include beach chairs, towels and snorkel gear for you to enjoy the beach and water. Located just steps away from Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Restaurant and 5 O’clock Somewhere Bar, there are also another two restaurants within walking distance just down the beach. Tres Palmas is located 7 minutes away from Red Hook where you will find many restaurants, bars, shopping, groceries and the ferry terminal for day trips to St. John. Being surrounded by the resort, taxi’s are always available or walk to the main gate and experience the Safari into town. Studio is ideal for a vacationing couple, solo traveler or a small family. Loved everything. We opened all windows and appreciated the additional privacy of the patio wall. We enjoyed the snorkel equipment, beach bag and cooler. Kitchen had everything needed for breakfast and a packed lunch. Bed comfy. Eceruthing was what we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect spot for beaches and local food

Tres Palmas was a Great place to stay in St. Thomas. Margaretville was next door so if you needed a taxi, it was so easy! A 1-minute walk! Also, the happy hours at the bars were so much fun! Meeting so many people and just hanging out with the breeze in our faces! Easy to go to many beautiful beaches from our villa and to St Johns also. You will not be disappointed staying here! Plan to come back for sure!

Great location, you will have to take a shuttle or drive to a swimming beach. The beach at margaritaville is full with seaweed. The bed in the unit is to soft for me. I would bring your own snorkel gear. The unit is nice and cozy. Is great for a couple or a couple and a small child ( there is a couch) full kitchen and nice bathroom

Staying in the Pineapple Village was so relaxing and quiet, but it was great to have the option of walking across the property to the Margaritaville and enjoying a more social environment. The apartment itself exceeded all expectations, and was so thoughtfully filled with everything you could need! From extra towels to spare toiletries to even providing sunscreen and bug spray, I felt very taken care of during my stay. The kitchen was also fully stocked and allowed for us to cook a lot and avoid restaurant prices for every single meal. The staff on site was always friendly and very chatty, and had many recommendations for what to do in the area!

Don’t rent a car, use taxis. Driving is difficult and street signs are non-existent.

Great space for our 4 night stay, resort area is beautiful. Having a full kitchen and large bathroom was very nice. While the beach is not swimmable because of high level of seaweed, the sunrise was beautiful to watch over the water and Coki beach, a 5 minute walk, is gorgeous with great snorkeling.

Within the Margaritaville Resort was a great location from which to explore the islands of St Thomas and St John. We appreciated the option of cooking, the quiet, the proximity to what else we wanted to do,, and communication with the owners was excellent. Highly recommend.

The Palmas Villa was perfect for our vacation. It is located on the East End of St. Thomas and is within the Margaritaville Resort. Lori was a great host and provided us with a great deal of info prior to our arrival and even accommodated an early check-in! The villa was kept very clean and had all the essentials; coffee, filtered water, dishes, towels, linens, snorkel gear, beach towels and much more. The pool was a good size and was clean. The pool and beach are so close to the villa but was just far enough away to relax and get a peaceful night sleep. During our stay we enjoyed going to the beach and pool. We dined at the Margaritaville restaurant and at the Sun & Sea Bar & Grill which is a short walk along the shore from the resort. Thanks again for welcoming us into your home! We had an amazing time at the Palms!
We recommend the following excursions/activities:
1. Illuminated Night Kayak from Marriott Frenchman's Cove Dock. Remember to take a flashlight with you! The lights under the kayak are not bright enough but it was still a fun experience.
2. Snorkel St. John Tour from Sapphire and Margaritaville. Captain Nate & First Mate Quincy were amazing!
3. Charlotte Amalie Caribbean Food Tour with Tastings. Lisa was the best tour guide!
4. Take the Ferry from Red Hook to St. John. Then take a taxi to Trunk Bay or Hawknest. Eat lunch at Tap & Still and dinner at Rum Hut!

Property was exactly as described. Extremely clean, great condition, no insects, and very close to all of the Margaritaville amenities, yet still quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and unfortunately had to leave early for a family emergency back home. Without us even asking, Eric and Lori were gracious enough to refund some of our money since we didn't stay for the entire booking. We hope to come back again and stay at Eric and Lori's.

Nice location, clean and pleasant. The only down side was that the first door did not lock. Of course the main door locked, which is most important. Other than that, the place was nice. Easy to enter and park.

Perfect accommodations, Margaritaville said nothing about our presence at their two pools or restaurants!! Comfy bed! We bought groceries for breakfast and lunch at Mo's! Nice kitchen in room! Ate nice dinners throughout the island! Easy taxi service to all the beaches! HOST was so easy to communicate through texts ♡

My fiancé and I stayed here while our friends stayed at Margaritaville. It was a couples trip and I was 6 months pregnant at the time so the separation was good for us but during our stay it felt like home away from home! The room was definitely clean and the BED… omg it was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me!! Communication was great and the price was even better. It’s literally in the same complex of Margaritaville and the pools, restaurants and coki beach are super close, definitely would stay here again HIGHLY RECOMMEND:)

This place was perfect for our honeymoon/baby moon. We were able to walk to a small market for some staple grocery items as well as walk to the beach and Shoreline Restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend eating at margaritaville restaurant, it’s so expensive and the other restaurants are much better quality food. It’s really easy to catch a dollar bus to other beaches like Sapphire Beach which is so pretty! Or to other restaurants and shops in Red Hook. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect spot for the weekend
The studio was the perfect spot very close to Margaritaville so I had the amenities of the bar and pool. I was there for a wedding so the bride kept us very busy with events, but getting to and from places with taxi service next to me was very convenient. Everyone is extremely helpful. I was also traveling by myself which is a little scary but thankfully I was able to ask many questions to Laurie before I came and felt comfortable coming in finding my way around.It was a little confusing finding the actual unit, but with help from a local on the grounds I was able to locate it. Getting in and out of the unit get the code day supply was extremely easy as well. Laurie and Eric were very clear with their directions and how to access everything. The condo was very well-kept and it had everything that I needed. They were even very nice to supply me with some food items that I requested. There is a 20% provision fee just as a heads up. Also the only other thing I’d say is I wish the air conditioning was able to go lower than 76° . Beautiful place very nice host highly recommended.

Amazing location and condo
We absolutely loved our stay at Tres Palmas. The room was incredibly comfortable, and we had every amenity we would need. The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare anything we wanted to make. We loved having the beach chairs/snorkeling gear available for us. This spot is fantastic for accessing all of the beautiful beaches on the east side and still only needing to drive 15-20 minutes to get to downtown/Magens bay. We felt very safe in the community. Friendly neighbors. We can’t wait to come back! Super responsive hosts.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described; completely updated and fabulous. It is located within the Margaritaville Property and a very close walk to the water and Margaritaville Bar & Grille. It is also a short walk up the hill to Coki Beach which was a fantastic way to spend a beach day. The room was spotless and very inviting. It had all of the equipped items such as cooler, beach chairs, snorkel, and outdoor grill as described. This property is perfect for two people. It was super comfortable and a short cab ride to Sapphire Beach and Red Hook. We would definitely LOVE to come back next year!!!!!!! Thank you for a perfect place to spend our vacation!!!!

Loved Our Stay
Our apartment was exactly as described, beautiful, clean and spacious. It was a studio apartment with a kitchen, dining area and queen bed and a couch all in one room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom had all the amenities and more. The king bed was very comfy and the couch bed was great for our granddaughter. Our apartment was very private and quiet. It was located in an area where you felt safe and it was convenient to pool, beaches, restaurants and taxis. Our pool was close by and was great to swim in or just hang out. Margaritaville restaurant was close by and had great food, drinks and views. Red Hook was fun and had lots of good restaurants also.
Our hosts, Eric and Lori, were gems. They were always there when we needed them and to give us any help we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our place. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The apartment was perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again.

Great studio, perfect location
If you love staying in the east end this studio will most definitely meet your needs. The bed was most comfortable and kitchen was stocked, has stove/oven for meal preparation. Communication with owners was always very good. Beaches within walking distance. Short ride to red hook area. I will return. Thanks Lori!

We had a little challenge upon arrival as we never received the email with the door code but a text to Lori was quickly responded to and we were in (access codes and no keys was definitely a plus). The accommodations were perfect for my husband and I. The space was clean and had everything we needed from bedding, kitchen, bath etc.
There's a pool for Pineapple Village guests, we didn't use it but walked by one evening and it looked clean and spacious.
