Love the location and the King and Prince!

Resort was very nice. Pool area could use some new furniture but overall clean and comfortable.

It’s our 2nd year renting bc the layout is perfect for our family- 1 master off the kitchen (perfect for my teen girls) & the other master + 3rd BR is off the den (for my spouse + I plus our boys). There’s enough room for everyone to have space to themselves, yet a big enough den + dining room combo for us all to hang out. That was the main reason we chose this unit again. It also helps that the P pool for the condos is right down from the balcony, so the kids were able to go swim while my husband + I watched from above. The beach is a quick walk past the pool, & the tennis courts, gym, & 3 resort pools are not far. In summer there are free kids activities during the morning/ early afternoon & a s’mores night by the campfire, so we always had plenty of options of to entertain us. Towels + linens are provided so that is a huge plus. There’s a few rolls of TP & paper towels & 2-3 trash bags to get you started, but you’ll need to buy more of those staples, including hand soap & laundry detergent. Watch out for the vent hood over the island stove! I think most of us that were over 5 feet tall somehow managed to keep hitting our head on the glass extension of the hood. That was not fun. The MBath I used had dual shower heads + a handle spray, but only 1 of the 3 shower heads worked both summers we visited, which was a pain. Also, the 2 glass showers leak out onto the floor, so have a towel handy to put on the floor. The washer/ dryer needs an upgrade bc no matter the size of the load, it only fills up halfway, so I didn’t feel our clothes or towels for fully clean. The whole unit was mostly clean but showed more wear than our visit last year. Underneath the DR table had not been swept or mopped in a while, same for under the bar chairs and end tables. The master suite that my girls slept in did not cool as well as the rest of the condo rooms due to a lack of air flow (compared to the flow of the other vents). I notified the owner of our issues & he was *super prompt* to rectify most of them himself or send someone out during our stay, & he was quick to respond by VRBO message or text. Couldn’t ask for any better in that regard! {Per owner: Issues he was unable to address during our stay would be addressed when there was a break in renters.} The unit is in a perfect location for bike riding, restaurant dining, & heading out to shop/ walk/ sightsee. Pros definitely outweigh the few minor issues we had, so we plan to stay here again in the future.

Great property, communication with manager even better. Had an issue late at night, support staff there the next morning. This is a very nice property and anyone visiting would enjoy.

The property location is fantastic, we love being at the King and Prince. The unit is also in a great location within the complex. Overall, the unit was fine but there were some issues with the upkeep: microwave was rusty inside, shelves were not clean to put our stuff on, one of the showers didn’t seal at the door so it leaked, and the fume good stuck out over the counter so everyone banged their head on it (and it didn’t work). Would still stay here again, especially for the price.

Our family had a wonderful week staying on St. Simons Island at this excellent property. The condo comfortably accommodated our family of four, was super clean, and had an amazing view. The resort had so many wonderful amenities, is close to great restaurants, and fronts an amazing beach. Sabry was an excellent host, quick to respond to questions and help us get acclimated to the resort. We would 100% rent this property again!!

This condo at the King and Prince is perfect! The location is ideal to ALL the amenities that the K&P offer! There are 2 king bed master suites and then the 3rd queen room has a full bath right side it in the hall. The kitchen offered everything we needed! They have beach towels and 2 chairs and an umbrella as well! We loved the rocking chairs on the balcony. You literally need to only provide yourself and food! We will definitely be booking again! We just returned from a week long stay in this condo. Our experience was exceptional from a very well stocked kitchen, well appointed rooms and great location to pool and beach. The owner was very responsive to our questions prior to our stay. We will definitely plan to stay here again for future vacation visits!

The kitchen is very well supplied and everything was there that we needed! This was a great place for our family/friends week. We will be back!

My only suggestion would be to add 2 more chairs to the balcony. You have plenty of room and you easily accomidate 6 people, why not add 2 more chairs on the balcony and your quest will never want to leave!!!!

Plenty of pots and pans, storage room for your groceries. The only thing I would recommend would be some beach chairs for guests to use. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Everything about the process was great. Host was wonderfully responsive. The property was even better than expected. The unit is roomy and well maintained. The location on the island could not be better. Wonderful view of the beach and pool and walking distance to local restaurants. Don't hesitate to book your stay!

The condo was amazing. This was our first time on St. Simons Island. We enjoyed the island so much. The people were friendly, many sights to see, and great restaurants. The condo was in a great location. We loved the three bedrooms because we had my mother with us. Two master suites was a nice bonus and the “kids” room was so quiet and dark. Perfect for sleeping. We will return! Thank you for a nice stay.

Well decorated. Accommodated 5 adults (one in a wheelchair) and a 7 month old very well. Kitchen was well supplied to meet all of our needs. The owner was very, very helpful, kind. Very prompt to answer any questions. Great location. Love the Condo and all the amenities at the King and Prince.

Loved my week at King & Prince! Had small problems with tv but it was resolved in minutes. Hope to have the opportunity to go back some day!
