Property was clean. Location was excellent, within walking distance to all attractions. I would stay at this property again.

Pool was closed. Didn't know that. Could of used more toilet paper (had 1 roll). Check Out instructions and specifics about the area could have been printed out and left on the table for arrival. We did not know that Ocean City is a "dry" city. Where are the best restaurants? Just an intro to the area would be helpful. Also, check out process: Where does the garbage go? What to do with linens? Do we vacuum? I think the property was fine, clean and comfortable. Great location and walking distance to everything necessary. However, more information could be provided during the process so that we know ahead of time and not need to text back and forth with questions. Just a suggestion for other guests. I've stayed at other VRBO properties and an informational guide is usually left on the table with instructions upon arrival and for checkout. I would recommend Ocean City and this property. Thank you!

The accommodations were exactly as described. The condo is the perfect location, and kind of tucked away, so it's quiet too. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Thank you!

My husband and I thought this unit had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay of 3 nights. Close to everything, clean, easy access on check in day. Gary was responsive and we would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and 3 of her friends stayed here during senior week. Since there were 4 girls staying here, they all had plenty of bags and suitcases, however, they were able to make it work. They all had a lot of fun and it was close to the boardwalk and the shops on Asbury. I also appreciate the extra toilet paper, tissues, and other cleaning supplies that were provided for them. We would definitely rent from Gary again!

Maintenance man could have been more professional. Our friends met us at the beach and brought their one year old granddaughter and she needed to be rinsed off and changed because they had a 2 hour drive home. They were there maybe 15 mins and the man (Mike) knocked on the door and said Im towing your car. While he was half way in the middle of the parking lot saying this. There was no reason to yell that.

Clean, fun, great location. Communication was excellent. Pool can get loud based on guests as no management present but nothing to do with our rental overall.

The place was clean but it does need updated furniture. There was false advertising — stating that the pool was available . The pool was not open. We would not have stayed there if we knew this ahead of time. We feel we should be compensated for this from VRBO or whoever submitted the information for the studio on line. The property manager said he has no control over this but please have the owner address this .

I was very pleased with the owners assistant and quick responses!the place was small but clean and the stay was enjoyable other than some unnecessary harrassment from someone working at the building..
