遠方から来た従業員様に急遽予約、従業員が居心地、駅側の立地、フロントがスムーズと高評価だった事と併せ、私自身の予約前提のフロントへの問い合わせに親身な情報を下さったフロント対応に高評価、今後もスムーズ且つ安心の宿として利用希望です。頑張って戴きたいです。ホテルの駐車場台数が少ないのが残念で有料コインパーキングの予約か提携を希望し評価マイナス1とさせて戴いてます。

駅に近く静か、受付近くにコーヒー☕️のサービスがありました。トイレもシャワーも問題なく十分だと思います。

I like the Family Room with both Tatami and twin beds - spacious and easy-to-use shower room. Jonathan’s restaurant just downstairs.
There’s only one of the Family room type, so hard to reserve sometimes. Could never reserve the hotel’s parking (always full) but the public coin parking next to the hotel is just as cheap.

water kettle for hot water and other necessities were not provided directly at the room

Chosen as the closest available to our son’s apartment but also close to two stations for links to Tokyo. Staff were friendly and helpful, had an issue with air conditioner and was sorted straight away. Room was comfortable, if basic, and provided amenities required. Jonathon’s below hotel which served an adequate breakfast.
The room was quite small with little storage space for an extended stay. Larger rooms are available but not at the time we booked.
