The master suite has a king bed, mini-refrigerator, and an espresso coffee maker. Bedroom #2 upstairs has another king-size bed, and the 3rd room has a queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with #2. Bedroom #4 on the main level has a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa. In addition, there are 2 full-size futons in the sunroom and a full sleeper sofa in the living room, for a total occupancy of 11 people. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
