The Zenda Farmhouse is a newly remodeled year round rental located across from the historic Zenda Farm. The home is situated just outside the Village of Clayton, 1.5 miles from the main stoplight and 1.9 miles from Clayton's downtown shopping and dining district. The interior of the 2 story home has been completely remodeled in 2019 & 2020 and offers accommodations for up to 9 guests. The home features 4 bedrooms (3 queen bedrooms and 1 with a trundle bed and twin bed). There is a bathroom located on each floor with a fully handicap accessible shower on the first floor and a shower/tub unit on the second with towels provided. Guests need to bring their own toiletries. Each bedroom and the living room is equipped with a flat screen television, and the house offers high speed internet (WiFi) The kitchen boasts of new appliances and cooking basics. Step outside the kitchen to a back deck with a table and grill for outdoor dining. Guests need to bring their own paper products. There is a new washer and dryer on the first floor as well. The garage has room for 1 vehicle inside, and there is plenty of outside parking. The attached mud room has ample space to store your luggage or for our hunters and fishermen storage for guns, fishing gear, clothing, etc. We are close to the following locations: 1. Boat Tours: 2.3 Miles 9. Walking Trail: Across the street you can enjoy an early morning walk or jog on the 1.5 mile Zenda walking trail, or adjacent NY State French Creek Wildlife Preserve. Reservations are taken for weekly rentals only; check-in Saturday 4pm and check-out 10am. Multiple week discount available. Sorry, no pets are permitted.
