The location couldn't be any better for trips into the Abel Tasman Nationalpark - either by water taxi, by kayak or for day walks.
The house is spacious and has a nice terrace with ocean view.
The property could need some decluttering and deep cleaning.
It has no AC, no internet and no hair dryer. The washing machine did not work properly.
