TRANSPORTATION • Street Legal 6-person golf cart (with signed waiver - must be 25 to operate) The golf cart is primarily to be used to get to the beach access, Deer Lake State Park, or The Big Chill. The communities of Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest no longer allow for golf carts in their communities. Please plan accordingly. • Bikes are popular on 30A! 4 are included with this rental. Should you require more during your stay, a discount code at a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival information. BEACH ACCESS/SERVICE: • There is deeded beach access directly across from the neighborhood. • There is a public beach access, Seabreeze Public Access located approximately 500ft west (near Mistral Condos) of Magnolia Cottages gate. This beach access has a shower but no parking. FOR THE BATH: Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner and trash can liner.
