Guitar was in tune, perfect selection of books to skim through while everyone wad getting ready for dinner. Did a great job making us feel at home. Cant say enough about the spot. Could walk to coffee, groceries, breakfast, dinner, and fun.

We loved the condo, beautifully decorated, very clean, and secure. It was the best stocked condo I've ever rented. A great location in East Nashville, walking distance to grocery, bars & restaurants. Highly recommend!

Stayed with two other couples. Hit a concert at Bridgestone, dinner and drinks around town for three straight days. Super easy to get around. Uber/Lyft access was no more than 3-5 minutes away.

Our weekend was amazing. The property was clean and well put together. Uber rides were very easy to get to Broadway. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance of where we stayed. I will definitely book this property again in the future.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience at Cleo Maxwell. We love East Nashville location. The three bedrooms and four bathrooms accommodated the three couples perfectly. We each had our own shower and toilet. The condo is clean, the decor is so cute. There are also two nice upper decks to sit and have coffee. We loved every bit of it! We would absolutely stay here again.

This property was lovely...open and airy, in a safe neighborhood, and an easy uber trip to most anywhere. Lots of room for six people!!! Each couple had their own bathroom which was perfect for getting ready for the wedding we were attending. Managers were very quick to respond when my sister had an issue with the codes. All in all, could not have been nicer. One warning: many stairs, so if you have knee problems....

Our group consisted of 6 adults and this was a great place to stay while visiting Nashville. The condo has plenty of space. There are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is clean and safe. Quick 10-minute Uber to Broadway. We would stay in the location again!

Nice place, the pics are pretty accurate. Quite a lot of night time activity due to the heavy population consolidation in the area but, grocies, gas, restaurants a plenty in walking distance. This condo has 3 full updated and cleann bathrooms but really low water pressure. I would recommend this condo and would use it again.. really great location too.

The property itself was in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance to so many eateries and stores. We stayed in the back bedroom in the 3rd floor and from 1-3:00am our light kept turning on (we’d turn it off) fan would turn off (we’d turn it on) etc and the process kept repeating itself, found out the next morning the couple on the bottom floor were using their fam/light remote for their room and every time they used it, it also controlled our fan/light. Super annoying, but we thankfully got a good laugh out of it. None of the shampoos/conditioners/body washes were full and there was so much dust under the bed in our room I couldn’t stop sneezing. Outside of these things it was a beautiful home, great neighborhood, and reasonably priced. We would go back!

A group of us traveled to Nashville for a quick getaway. The accommodations where perfect for the 6 of us. And the location was within walking distance to some restaurants and grocery stores. And a quick Uber drive to the heart of the activities!

We couldn't have enjoyed it more. Attention to details and conveniences, often missed by other property owners, were ever present. The location was perfect including easy access to downtown attractions as well as venues on the east side. The musical decor was cool including the vinyl records from the walls we took the liberty of playing! We look forwrd to staying here again in the future.

Our stay at here was exactly what we needed! Perfect for three couples. Place was clean and well stocked with plates and what not! Couch was comfy! Nobles and Dino's were within walking distance with yummy food and unique atmospheres! Short Uber ride to Broadway which was key! Uber to the Opry was a little longer but totally doable! Cleo Miller was a great place to come back to after the crazy fun of Broadway! Would 100% stay here again!

We had a great time celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary in Nashville with my sisters and their husbands. The fireworks were unreal and the highlight of our trip. The accommodations were outstanding. A 2 min walk to Walgreens, two grocery stores and a 7-11. Not to mention there are a ton of great places to eat in the area that are all walkable. If / When we come back to Nashville I will be booking this place again.

Awesome condo for 3 couples. We had our own bathrooms and beautiful spacious living space. Location was perfect. Less than a 10 minute car ride to downtown. Condo fully equipped with all amenities listed. The host was so responsive to all my questions and text. 10+ rating.
