I can’t say enough about this place. It’s beachfront, Pool, 24 hour security , minutes from the airport , and in walking distance to true authentic Puerto Rican food. The owner was beyond accommodating and stayed in touch through out my stay. I will definitely return to Puerto Rico and will hope that this place is available because I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. A great location right in the middle of lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Quick and easy access to the beach which directly in the rear of building lobby. The host is very responsive and stocked the place with everything we could possibly need to make our stay easier.

This beautifully cozy apartment was all that I (we) expected and much more. The first and most important thing I have to write about is the great and special attention Genova gave us, before and during our stay. It was outstanding and friendly making us feel very welcomed and at home. -The parking (which you can see from the balcony) was perfect. The security guards were very friendly and professional as if we were permanent apartment residents. The building access was very easy (both at the front and on the beach access). The proximity to everything, from CVS-Walgreens across the street, grocery stores, restaurants and all the attractions San Juan has to offer, was a great plus. -The beach; well, one of the most popular beaches on the island. People are so friendly and festive that you feel you know them all. I tasted some of the best beef empanadillas from a young lady selling them, not to mention a Piña Coladas, and pastries, all coming to you while you seat at the beach. The emerald color of the water and the subtle shades of blue and light green were just spectacular. -The apartment is excellently kept, comfortable and very clean, giving us a sense of being "at home," while on vacation. TVs everywhere! Super-fast WIFI! DVD player, cable with prime movie channels and radio all through a nice sound system. -Music sound from the street: I have to address this because I had read in some reviews about the music "noise" coming from the bar and pizza place across the street. While the music sound is intermittently present until past midnight, it did not bother us a bit. It was a welcoming sound since it reminded us of the great music-driven attitude and lifestyle across the Island. I personally did not have any problems sleeping, especially on that very comfortable bed on the master bedroom. -The view: I chose this apartment, and not one with an ocean view, because I wanted to look at the city/mountains view/side just to have a feel of what life is in Isla Verde with cars, the constant walk of people on the streets, a mix of happy tourists and friendly locals, the bars, the very close and low airplanes on their final approach (but not a decibel of sound), and the view of the city and the mountains. I spent hours looking and soaking it all in, watching the rainclouds come in, the rain, the sun light, the cars, the people. The city view was perfect! It gives you a sense of belonging to the area rather than being a tourist. Highly recommended

This is a great place for a family to stay with living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two rooms and a bathroom. AC works great. There is a balcony that looks out to the street. There is a Walgreens and CVS easily accessible across the street and a restaurant called Pizza City that serves all kinds of food 24/7. There is secure parking and a designated parking spot which was very nice and convenient. (Parking in Puerto Rico can be an issue.) Two things to be aware of--there is a hookah bar across the street that plays loud music at night. Take ear plugs and you will sleep better. There are only 4 bath towels and 4 beach towels so if more than a family of 4 staying there, you may want to bring an extra towel. However a perk is there is a washer/dryer unit in the kitchen which works great to dry towels. Note you will need to take key fob with you every where to get in/out the building, especially if going out to beach or pool as there are gates to get through. We did not go to the pool but the beach is a beautiful light sand beach, not very busy at all and water was beautiful blue. Just a short walk down the beach there is a piña colada vendor--very good! One thing I though was a perk is that there is a small cooler provided that we could use to take on to the beach or on our day trips to the rain forest. Also there was sunburn relief gel provided. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others!

The apartment was clean and had everything you need to have a good vacation.I loved that you go downstairs and the beach is steps away, includes parking that is a plus in a very busy area, walking distance to restaurants and hotels.

We loved the apartment. It was right next to a safe and pleansanr part of the isla verde beach. Along with that, there’s access to a clean and well maintained pool. Lots of restaurants nearby and it’s also easy to find Ubers. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Spent 4 days here and the condo is very well kept. The kitchen is nicely stocked with anything you might need including laundry detergent which came in handy. It's a good location and the beach is directly behind the building. There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket nearby. The one drawback, which is out of control of the host, is that the condo faces the main street and in the late evening it gets noisy especially on the weekends. Otherwise we had no issues and the host was very accessible and responded quickly to any questions. Would recommend this spot!

This was a work trip and though the place was nice & clean, it was extremely noisy on the street side. Additionally, this is more of a local neighborhood so if you want touristy activities this is not the place for you. If you want local atmosphere you’ll enjoy it.

The pictures do not do the property justice! Very clean and roomy. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was great to sit on the balcony and people watch. The hosts were absolutely fantastic and responded quickly to any questions. I absolutely recommend this property and hope to visit it again!

We had a very enjoyable time, the location has a beach entrance right from the property which was so convenient, The location was although not in San Juan was nice because the drive gives you a lot of food options!

This apartment unit is located in a prime location for Carolina! We went at a time that everything closed at midnight so it was very nice to be right across the street to food and entertainment options. There’s a Walgreens walking distance as well so we have all our necessities a few steps away! Only cons for us was that the kitchen wasn’t as clean as the rest of the unit. Certain areas were a little sticky. We also disclosed that 4 adults were staying and the host also asked for all 4 names yet were only provided 2 towels. Other than that our stay was very comfortable and would definitely recommend this apartment and unit and host!

Small confusion while opening the apartment door. Having an extra door access control could hep a lot. Other than this it was a very pleasant stay.

Everything you need is a stone throw away and the host is amazing! Everything was as advertised and it worked out perfectly for our family.

The apartment is as advertised ,great location,,safe ,affordable and is beach front ,the balcony has a street view that is good also,,the only thing I didn’t like was the noise from clubs and restaurants at night but if you like to party this place will be great!

We did run into issues with AC in the building, but we were glad there was a portable AC unit and fan in the condo which helped. Once contacted the owner he was very tentative and called us and had someone check the AC out. Overall the condo was good and we enjoyed our stay and we appreciated the owner checking in with us to make sure we were good. I recommend peoe to stay here :)

Great location.

This property was great for our Puerto Rico trip. We had planned to rent a car and venture out several days, but also wanted easy access wherever we stayed. The beach access was even better than we had realized - literally right outside the back door. This neighborhood has many great restaurants, bars, and a Walgreens & CVS all within short walking distance. The condo also comes with a parking spot in the lot which is very handy if you are renting a car. The hosts were extremely easy to work with and very accommodating to their guests. We really didn't spend much time at the condo, but the kitchen was stocked with dishes and other very handy things like extra beach towels, cooler, & beach bag. There was also a shopping cart in the closet which we LOVED to haul back cases of water and other groceries from CVS. The beds were VERY COMFORTABLE which is always a bonus when traveling. The security at the property was very helpful. The hosts reached out to offer food suggestions and also let us know we were visiting during San Juan Day and let us know of some festivities going on while we were there. There were 3 of us traveling together, but 4 guests would easily fit comfortably. Great location, great property, great hosts. We would definitely see if this place is available if we return. There were quite a few people on the beach, but it never felt crowded. The water and sand were clean. The waves were never dangerously large even though we had lots of wind. Chair and umbrella vendors will rent you a lounge for $4/day and an umbrella for $10. That's less than $20 for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella set up for you in paradise that are yours until 6pm. This beach quickly became our favorite. LOCATION: Did I mention the beach? Besides the beach, we found several great places to eat within a 2 minute walk. 10-15 minutes driving will take you anywhere you want to go. Old San Juan, shopping centers, any kind of restaurant you could ever want, snorkel tours, sailing excursions, local pubs- all within 15 minutes drive. OWNER: The owner was super responsive to us with any questions or issues. The only issue we had was the cleaning lady had not come before we arrived (we arrived late at night). The linens were dirty, and the place still needed to be cleaned. There were spare linens in the closets, so we changed the sheets, and went to bed. I sent a message to the owner that night regarding this, and expected to get a reply the next day. I got an email and a call almost immediately. They were extremely apologetic, explaining that they had instructed the cleaning people to clean the condo (not sure what the mix up was), but they would have someone there first thing in the morning to clean. They did just that, and even insisted on refunding part of my money. This was really a non-issue for us, but shows how great the owners are. THE NOT-SO-GREAT: The noise from the cars and restaurants/bars across the street was loud inside the condo. The noise died down before midnight every night, so if you aren't an early to bed person, it's not an issue. This was by no means a deal breaker for us, even though we like to go to bed early, but I did want to put it out there for the sake of full disclosure. The link for directions to the place on VRBO takes you to the wrong place. It is only off by a few blocks. Copy/paste the address instead. SUMMARY: All in all, we would definitely stay here again. The place is nice, it's located close to everything, and the beach is fantastic. The owner was wonderful to deal with. Book this place with no hesitations.
