it is clean, well kept, and nearby but not on the main tourist street. making reservations for area tours was easily done ahead of time

Our rooms were nice and clean, and our hotelier, Luis, was so helpful. He was also a wonderful tour guide and made our visit to the Tarahumara and Valley of the Monks memorable. It was the dream for 50 years of one friend in our small group (4 people) to visit Copper Canyon. Luis helped make our experience exceptional.
Wish we could have taken the train but its schedule is limited. So Luis drove us to tourist sites in his safe and clean car. It’s beautiful there.

Excellent new hotel with very comfortable rooms and warm heating. Great value for money! The hotel owner was also very helpful in sharing tips and arranging a taxi driver for me.
The hotel is a walk from the town center, but it's not that far. There aren't many restaurants/shops around the hotel.

The hosts were amazing and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable . They picked us up from the El Cheppe train station and dropped us back as well. The Mexican hospitality was always on display and we loved it. The room and the amenities in the room were perfect to explore nearby places of interest and come back and relax in the room. It was also super quiet in the night, especially since we were in one of the rooms towards the end.
Nothing the hotel can do about , but the location was about a 10 min walk to the city center and in the night the walk from the city center to the hotel made us feel a little nervous.Maybe we were being overcautious but something to keep in mind especially if you plan an evening out in the city center.

we very much liked the rooms. Very clean and comfortabel. As it gets cold at night in Creel, the extra blankets and hot shower were amazing. Furthermore the owner was very helpfull and nice! His tour was amazing as well.
Not much. only thing you have to remember that you are not on the hotel street.

Close to restaurants and walking distance to the centro, and train station.
Not having a bakery.

The hotel is new, clean and very comfy and he provides a coffee as well. The owner is super nice and very welcoming. The room comes with parking lots inside the facilities.

Fantastic hosts, super kind & helpful. All modern conveniences & comforts in the room: coffee pot & ground coffee from Chiapas, hairdryer, soaps, extra towels, access to Netflix with your own login. Cozy, comfy beds
