Central location is excellent. On the high street with all shops, restaurants, bars, cinema at few m away. We had some issues but the hosts solved this extremely professional and very fast. They were also very accommodating regarding check-in and out times. I would definitely recommend this place.

The sofa bed isn't very large. Even for our 5 and 10 year old on the smaller side.

The flat was super clean, comfortable , nicely equipped in the heart of the watford.

Great location right in the middle of shopping complex and grocery shops. Watford junction station is just ten mins away and so easy to travel to London. Kitchen had all pots and pans, knives, cutting board etc. Dishwasher, fridge, kettle and microwave as well are provided.

We had some terrible with unlocking the doors, but Michelle their customer care lady sorted this very quickly. Washing machine was provided but no detergent. When asked they mentioned that it won't be provided and they never advertised that they will provide laundry detergent. So don't understand the logic of providing the washing machine in the first place. A pair of scissors was missing. Had stayed in the same apartment last summer but noticed some wear and tear.

It has got everything in it and the staff managing the apartments are such stars that they answer your questions and queries really quite quickly.

the outside of the property needs a little bir of maintenance maybe every week at least.

Very easy to find using the video sent by the owner/management company. Flat was super central with a multistory carpark just the block behind. Parking and getting to the apartment was easy. Excellent location. We stayed midweek but could potentially get busy and noisy at weekends. The accommodation was great for our needs. We needed somewhere to base ourselves near family and Watford Junction for easy train access to London. We didn't cook anything but the kitchen was well equipped if we needed to. There were 3 adults staying, 2 in double bedroom and one on the sofa bed. Air-conditioning unit was easy to use and setup. Essential in this summer weather. Bathroom was a great size for the apartment.

One patch of water damage on bathroom skirting, scuffs and marks from others on staircase entrance. Everything else exceptionally clean.

really well situated, very secure and had everything we needed.

it was absolutely roasting hot when we arrived. we opened the patio doors in the living room but the huge industrial fans outside were loud and didn’t smell great. also we were supposed to be able to checkin at 3, but didn’t receive the door codes etc until approx 4:30.

Well equipped , good location and lovely decor.

The bathroom needs a rug and bathroom door needs fixing. Also there was a mouse in the house who was quite noisy at night. The sofa bed is quite small to be used as a bed.
