Overall, this sweet little apartment was just what we (3 adults) needed for our few days in Fredericton. It was local, clean, and easy to feel at home (while away from home).
You will find the place as it is stated in the write-up description/photos. We would be happy to stay here again.
Communication was easy and replies were very promt.

Just finishing up one week and I have to say the central location was incredible, plus this neighborhood in downtown Fredericton was quiet and very peaceful. The accommodations were clean and just the right size for four adults. For what we needed this was ideal.
Definitely look forward to returning.

The location was an easy walk to downtown. We enjoyed sitting in the enclosed porch. It’s a nice size for a family to use. I had a question about some of the kitchen items and they responded fairly quickly. I would say the cleaning could be improved slightly. We found some dirty towels and cloths on the back of our door and the closet in one of the bedrooms had a bad odour. Screens on the windows would have helped bring some air into the back bedroom as the air conditioning didn’t reach back there. There was a fan in the room but it was too noisy for me. The mattresses were comfortable.

I was visiting Fredericton for a local music festival and my stay at this vrbo rental made it all the better. Walking distance to all the hot spots as well as safe and secure. Felt just like home.

I have stayed before and will stay again! First, the place was easy to find because of the beautifully lit front patio. The apartment has lots of space to spread out, and the two bedrooms are a perfect size with all the essentials. Everything is so nicely designed and decorated that I wish I lived here. The property managers are very friendly and responsive - they made everything easy.

The sunroom in the home was a great place to gather. There are good amenities and the kitchen is efficient and large. We loved that it was dog friendly and our pets liked the space as well. We were concerned that out pets may have bothered the upstairs tenant.
