Nestled in Surfside Beach, this charming house for $547 per night is a great option for your next trip. Spacious, relaxing and colorful! Enjoy the excitement of Ocean Lakes in this beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home that sleeps 13 in comfort and beach style (plus 4 additional with pull-out couches = 17). The home is located on the southern end of Ocean Lake, just a 200 yard walk or golf cart ride to the beach with lifeguards and chair/umbrella rentals available (during prime season) along with many amenities that Ocean Lakes has to offer. The first floor of this raised beach house has a spacious deck with plenty of seating. Inside you will find an open living, dining and kitchen, perfect for family gatherings. The dining table seats 8 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped. The first floor also features a washer and dryer pair and a master bedroom with a king bed, TV, balcony, and ensuite. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with TV and balcony access. Both upstairs bathrooms are off the hallway. Under the house has plenty of entertaining space with bar, seating, outdoor TV, swings, outdoor shower with hot/cold water, and grill. Mattresses purchased in 2021 and quilts laundered between rentals!!! After enjoying a relaxing day at the beach clean up in our outdoor shower with hot/cold water! Ocean Lakes is a gated community with extraordinary amenities including a large resort style pool, water park, kids splash zone, miniature golf, lazy river, indoor pool, arcade, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, several lakes for fishing, recreation center, general store and cafe. Church services are also on site. Enjoy peace of mind with 24 hour security patrols and gated entry. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK OCEAN LAKES WEBSITE FOR OUTDOOR POOL OPENING FOR SPRING AND FALL SEASON. (OceanLakes.com) Park your car and you never have to leave but if you choose the house is located just 10 minutes from the heart of Myrtle Beach attractions such as golfing (over 100 courses!), amusement parks, shows, outlet malls, museums, etc., and 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. General Information: There is a $12 per day per vehicle parking fee paid directly to Ocean Lakes. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles at the house and an overflow lot for additional vehicles. Linen - bed linen, towels, wash clothes, and kitchen towels included. You are ready to relax! Property is a smart lock self check-in. Code will be provided the day prior to visit. Please Note House Rules: - You must be 25 years old to rent and must stay during the entire reservation - No smoking except on balconies and outside - A refundable damage deposit is required. - Contract must be signed before checking into the house. I was very impressed with the property, although the ceiling vents were very dirty and I have allergies. It affected my allergies really bad. The bed pillows were very flat and uncomfortable for some us. Other than that our stay was enjoyable. Being together on thanksgiving day with family was most important.

Overall vacation was fantastic. Weather was great, just rained off/on so we pulled out early. Family had a great time at the beach and resort. Went to dinner at Wicked Tuna, amazing dishes and great service. Had a hot water issue, contacted homeowner and issue was handled in no time. Thanks Michelle for jumping on that! Great time and can’t wait til next year

We really enjoyed our stay at Maggie’s Place. The place is really well appointed with everything you could want. The owner was incredibly communicative and responsive to any question we had! Most importantly, the location really can’t be beat. It’s an easy walk to the beach (much closer than I thought) and an easy golf cart ride to the water park and the other amenities.

This house was perfect for our group of 8! Could have slept more comfortably. Michelle was amazing to rent from, responded to any questions almost immediately. House was very clean and very close to the beach. Definitely walking distance but the golf carts were great! Would absolutely rent from her again. Her cleaning staff is also amazing, as we left an item behind and she worked with us to keep it safe until we can get it!

This was a great experience- we really enjoyed staying at this house for our long weekend. The house was very accommodating for our several friends/ family members. We stayed at Maggie’s place for a vacation with our extended family. Everything was phenomenal. The host was super accommodating and attentive to all our needs and the property was wall maintained. The proximity to the beach was awesome as well only a 3 minute walk. Can’t wait to stay again.

It was a nice place and fit our family well. I appreciated the clean bedsheets that were waiting, but I had brought my own. There were plenty of sand toys for the kids to use at the beach. Loved the tree covering the front porch! Good communication with the property owner.

I loved our stay at Maggie's Place. Michelle was amazing at letting us know what we needed to and was more than helpful. I loved the house, plenty of space. The house was very clean, with the exception of a collection of sand in some areas that you could feel with bare feet, but it's a beach house and that is somewhat expected. Check in and check out super easy. Definitely will stay again.

We Really enjoyed our Ocean Lakes vacation! Maggie’s Place is spacious and we had plenty of room for our family, including 4 teenagers! The beach was close enough to walk to and we were able to rent bikes for our teeagers to get around the park easily! It was really great to have access to the golf cart too! My husband and I used it for periodic escapes from said teenagers! 😂 Unfortunately, the renter's before us left the property extremely sandy/dirty and with a couple of appliances damaged. However; the host was very communicative and had the handy man there immediately to fix what he could! I would definitely recommend Maggie’s Place to friends and family for future consideration!

Accommodations at the house were great. Plenty of room for our large extended family, ranging in age from a one year old to grandparents. Easy walk to the beach access. Kids loved playing on the playground, riding in the golf cart, and swimming at the water park. We made lots of fun family memories.

We were a group of 7 adults and 2 teens that were in Myrtle Beach for a wedding so ages from 15-72. Overall it was a successful trip and the house worked well for us. Pros: Location to the beach was fabulous - easy walk less than 2 minutes, close to area attractions and stores to grab that forgotten item Ocean Lakes facility has some nice amenities Owner was very responsive to issues Indoor/outdoor spaces Cons: Sheets are wrapped in saran wrap on bed - so you have to make all beds upon arrival Beach towels were missing, only 1 kitchen towel, 1 dish cloth House needed a thorough cleaning but we did let owner know and they are working with cleaning company. Make sure you bring all soap, paper products, hair dryers etc. you will need for your stay Ocean lakes is crowded and busy so be prepared for that - it takes extra time to get in and out Overall it was a great location with plenty of indoor/outdoor space, kitchen had all pans, utensils we could need and all issues were promptly addressed by owners.

Michele was great to work with. The house was spacious and convenient to the beach. I deducted one star for cleanliness but that was not the owners fault. The renters before us trashed the house which is sad anyone would do that.

The property at Maggie's Place had a unexpected issue a day before our arrival which prevented our stay. The property owners found us another vacation home the same day which was a upgrade from Maggie's Place and no extra expense. Michelle and Shannon are great people to work with. We will always check with Michelle and Shannon on any future family vacations to Mytrle Beach SC.

It was fun being so close to the beach, however we tried using bbq grill, had a lot of trouble starting it up and getting the heat to register to 200%- seemed like charcoal was used once and was so thick it kept the heat from coming through. And it was pretty dirty. Other than that, everything was great 😊 Thank you
