After dinner cocktails can be enjoyed around the fireplace inside, the fire table outside or lounging on the outdoor sofa set. The house is a great option for families who love to stay active, there are yoga mats, adjustable dumbells, Rogue pull-up and dip bars, rubber bands - everything you need for a good crossfit session. You're also welcome to use the corn hole, outdoor Jenga and bocce sets. The LBI public basketball and pickle ball courts are a few blocks away as well as the Bayview Park beach and playground area. For those who want to relax on the beach, there are 8 beach badges, 12 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a cooler, beach towels, and beach carts. In the summer, you're only 4 blocks from the live music concerts on 68th ST Ocean Beach where there's a large, public pavilion. If you need to do some work while you play, there is a desk, monitor, printer and the highest speed internet available. Plus, electric vehicle owners can power up in the 4-car driveway with a 220V exterior outlet.
