About this house rental
Situated in Narragansett Beach, this charming house for $362 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Newly renovated, and within walking distance to the Harbour Island private beach less than a half mile away. Our home features central air, a large private yard with a small deck, patio furniture, fire pit, gas grill and outdoor shower. Close proximity to Galilee, the Block Island Ferry, and three of Rhode Island's favorite State beaches. We offer complimentary bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, toilet paper and paper towels, hand soaps dishwasher and washing machine detergent, free coffee and tea and a stocked pantry (condiments spices, cooking oil and all utensils). We also provide beach gear including a wagon, rolling cooler, beach chairs and an umbrella. Games, high speed wireless internet and a large smart TV round out the package!

Check-in was a breeze, open the door to a spotless house with fresh, clean linens. All furniture and appliances are updated. Quiet neighborhood and just a couple minutes away from the town and state beaches. Would certainly return!!!

We love the Narraganset area, it's so family friendly and accessible for many things. This was such a great rental for our family to do everything, and closely located to all the activities we wanted to do. Check-in/out was so easy, everything on the property was so well maintained, extremely clean and stocked for everything you need, and the owner was responsive to any questions within minutes. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Cottage was immaculate, perfectly well equipped without being cluttered-had everything we needed. Communication with owner was excellent. Neighborhood was quiet, walkable, peaceful Beaches, restaurants, etc all nearby. We’re looking forward to renting again next summer.

My best friend and I stayed at this house July 2023. My family (parents) have been renting homes in Narragansett yearly for the past 40 years and as I have gotten older I have been doing this with my family. Now that my son has a family of his own they rent a home and usually my husband and I have started to rent a smaller home each year. This year my husband suggested I do a girls trip and we found the perfect house on 70 Beach Plumb Road. I have NEVER rented a home in this area that truly included everything. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach cooler and even a beach wagon! Bath towels, paper products even condiments and spices. Jared, home owner and host, was amazing. We could not get the outdoor shower to work (total user error) and he arrived within 45 minutes to show us how to use it. So embarrassed to have him come all that way and he arrived with a smile on his face and said it was absolutely no problem and made us feel at ease even if it was our fault. This home is spotless and obviously well maintained. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I am just hoping that we can rent again next year! This property was everything we expected and more! Myself and my two children stayed comfortably in this home and Jared and Beth stocked the house with everything we needed during our stay. The house is clean, cozy and perfect for a getaway. We loved grilling and having fires in the backyard every night. The neighborhood is quiet and only a quick walk to the beach (which was very easy thanks to the wagon left for beach trips!). My two kids were very sad to leave and we can’t wait to return next year!

Stayed here with my sister while we visited my nephew who was staying in Rhode Island for the summer. Very quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes from any location in the beach area, so very convenient. House was super clean and perfect for the two of us. Much better than staying in a hotel! Hosts were quick to respond if we had a question. Great stay!

The property was so clean, inviting and warm . Really did feel like I was home . The location was fabulous easy day trips to block island Newport and Scarborough beach ! Enjoyed walking the neighborhood and the beautiful water views. Everything from booking to check in /out was effortless and Jared was a great host ! Will be back for sure !!!

Everything was clean, kitchen very well equipped and a lot of nice touches like basic condiments ready for us. Quick and easy to get basically anywhere in Narragansett from the home. Neighborhood was great for short walks as well!

We had an amazing stay. The house was immaculate and incredibly well-stocked. I honestly can't think of anything that wasn't there that you might need. Jared was always available and answered any questions right away - even left a suowr thoughtful welcome gift. Fantastic location in a nice quiet neighborhood. A friendly cat even stopped by the front yard each night to say hello! :). We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. Thank you for a great stay!

My husband and I stayed here last week with our 4 year old and 9 month old. The house itself was great, central AC was awesome considering how hot and humid it was. Plenty of storage space in bedrooms for clothes and kitchen cabinets for food. Owner was very communicative before and during stay, and left a very thoughtful welcome bag. I found it so much easier to pack up our family for the week knowing bed linens, cooking and kitchen items and paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels) were provided.

Lovely neighborhood, lovely house with amazing access to everywhere. The house was filled with anything you could ask for from coffee to beach equipment to wood for the fire pit out back. Will definitely try to stay again in the future. The communication with the host was also great. Couldn’t ask for anything else!

We've been renting vacation houses on the RI shore for 20+ years and can honestly say we've never rented a house so well stocked and so clean! You don't need to bring anything but your own clothes! From good quality beach towels, chairs and umbrella to sheets, blankets and bath towels to ketchup, mustard, spices, dishwasher pods, dish soap, pots and pans this house has everything you need for vacation. Even trial size shampoo, facial wipes and bar soaps!
Beyond that everything is brand new - appliances and furniture. Complete with central a/c which is a must for us. Outdoor shower was great!
Quick drive (5 minutes) to Scarborough Beach South (my favorite) every day! Spent some time at Point Judith (10 minute drive) and enjoyed ice cream at Aunt Carrie's and Brickley's. If you want an easy takeout dinner Pasquale's is delicious for pizza.
Jared and Beth are wonderful hosts! Very responsive!! They even left a gift bag for us which was such a nice surprise! Terrific about requests and answered text messages right away when we had questions.
We are a family of 3 (2 adults, 1 10-year old child) so the house was a good size for us for the week.
This is a lovely rental - you really can't go wrong!

Location on a quiet island in a cove near Narragansett and Scarborough Beaches was great. The house and yard are completely newly renovated with modern beach design. The outdoor and indoor showers were powerful and hot. Comfy beds. Loved full-size new appliances, toaster oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Linens were soft and towels plentiful. Kitchen/bath well-stocked, including dishes, pans, spices, water, coffee/teas.
They even provided wood for the fire pit. We had family of 4 over for s’mores a couple nights. So happy to entertain my sister-in-law’s family in return for all they did for us this week.
We really appreciated the wagon and everything needed for a nice beach trip.
Our check in/out was so easy with the electronic code. We felt so lucky to get to rent this great home from our thoughtful hosts. Thanks for the attention to detail.
The only negatives were not enough mirrors and a tiny bathroom sink. Hard to put on make-up without walking out of bath to get different items. Also was looking forward to the calm, warm private beach in walking distance, but it was covered in seaweed after Tropical Storm Elsa. I went back to see if it was raked, but no maintenance seems to go on there.. Not our hosts’ fault really. But was no issue, since the waves at Scarborough I wouldn’t have missed for the world! If we had young child, then close-by Wheeler Beach would have been fine.
It was a wonderfully fun first vacation after Covid shut down. I really missed this area the whole shut down. We had so much to do from seeing surfers on 20-30’ Elsa waves in Narragansett to Mystic Aquarium to the Wickford Art Festival to Farmer’s Daughter to seafood in Portsmouth. What a great base to explore from.
