Any loud music, parties, smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property. We require completion of our online check-in form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport, and a card pre-authorisation of £200 for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. We will not charge an amount from the £200 unless upon checkout there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.
