Our ground-level, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, is perfect for your party of eight or less. The master suite, with its own private view of the lake, comes with a luxurious queen bed and updated bathroom. The guest room comes equipped with two queen beds and a full private bathroom. The living room has a full-size couch with two cozy recliners to make your stay even more relaxing. Virtual Walkthrough: Enjoy your well-deserved vacation by starting your morning off with a cup of coffee on our private covered patio, while taking in the gorgeous views of Table Rock Lake, known for its majestic scenery and great fishing. When you're finished, spend the day on any of the many local golf courses, Ledgestone is just a short drive away! Take a trip back to the 1880s at Silver Dollar City (just 15 minutes away) where this world-famous park has plenty of thrilling rides, shows, and delicious food for the whole family! You could enjoy White Water, rent a boat or a jet ski from Kimberling City Marina to cruise Table Rock Lake, or even go parasailing! Not interested in boating? Head on over to Moonshine Beach for some fun in the sand and swimming in Table Rock Lake. You can rest in style and know that your bedding is as clean as it is at home! There is a TV located in each bedroom as well. The master bedroom closet contains a Pack-n-Play for your tiny travelers. BATHROOMS There are hairdryers in both bathrooms. There are plenty of towels and washcloths for your stay. WASHER/DRYER A stackable washer and dryer set is available, so you can do laundry during your trip. 2 loads of laundry soap/dryer sheets are available with each stay. POOL There is an outdoor pool available for all guests, during warm Spring/Summer/Fall days. Typically open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends. CONDO EXTRAS This condo has a flat-screen Smart TV with high-speed Internet. When you’re looking for a little downtime, we have a deck of cards, UNO, a puzzle, and a couple of games available. This amazing property will not disappoint with its stunning lake views and all the comforts of home. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. We just stayed 3 nights here and were pleasantly surprised with how clean and comfortable it was. The decor was so cute and decorated for Christmas. View of the lake was so relaxing! Beds were comfy. And close proximity to all the fun things in Branson. We would highly recommend!!

Going into the property, my first impression was not good. Older and run down looking. But the further you drive, the better it is. Living room furniture comfortable but shows wear. Needs clean and comfortable a Huge plus. Patio door does not lock appears to be broken. That is a must repair needed please. Otherwise was a pleasant experience. Small, but suitable for our two day stay. Thank you.

It needs a good day of a handyman making some repairs and corrections, and a pest control service for ants in the kitchen. Condo has been updated and decorated well. All the leather furniture, however, is disintegrating at the seams and brings down the otherwise nice look of the place. The main advertised feature of the condo is it's balcony view of the lake and it is glorious, particularly in the morning. Good restaurants and grocery store nearby was a big plus. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

The hosts were extremly prompt with communication. They also arranged for an item left behind to get back to us which we are very grateful for!
However, Im unsure if the host has visited their property to ensure their cleaner is doing the job they pay them for. There were lip prints and smears on the windows in the master bedroom, hair(even hairballs) all.over the floors, it doesnt appear the carpets get vacuumed. The largest problem for us were the ants that were absolutely everywhere. When we returned from shopping my daughters suitcase(that she had on the floor) had a lot of ants in it. They were in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen.. just everywhere. We fought aunts the whole time when trying to cook. The shower in the master bath is NOT what the photo represents in the listing. Its very choppy cut(completely different tile even) with a weird insert and the door does not close all the way.
The beds(dispite the reviews of being bad) were amazing to sleep in. The couches were just fine and comfortable. The AC is top notch. Kitchen has everything youll need for cooking. The view is just fantastic and was our favorite part of this place.
It was just not worth what we paid for it given the negative reasons listed above. We did not contact the hosts for these reasons as we left early am and were out until late the first day there and had 1 night left to stay.

I'm not going to sugar coat this experience. There was a problem with the housekeeping service so the unit was not ready. Host refunded the cleaning fee. Due to the decking surrounding the unit, there were wasps. So be careful. The unit is mostly modern with the exception of the second bedroom which has a floor fan and window air conditioner. The outdoor patio has a wonderful view. The leather chairs and couch should have been retired years ago as they are worn with rios in them which is really too bad. If you like totally uncomfortable springy worn out beds then this place will impress you. Frankly my wife and I had the worst night sleep due to these absolutely awful beds. The tvs worked well with many choices and the kitchen was nicely equipped with everything one could ever wish for. Communication with the host was great and the area is perfectly located and close to shopping and grocery store and restaurants. Because I enjoy a good night sleep, I would not stay here again.

The Anchors Point development has seen some better days, but if wanting a lake view that cannot be beat on Table Rock, this unit is perfect!! Easy to get to in Kimberling City and the development is right across the street from a grocery store.

My husband and I had a great stay this past weekend. Even with several people coming in for Memorial Day, it was pretty peaceful. We met some great regulars to the condo complex. It took a bit to find the complex, kinda tucked back behind a strip mall. Great swimming right off the dock, didn’t even go to pool it was so nice. Very enjoyable stay and would definitely book again.

We all enjoyed the property. It was just as pictured. Sheets and linens were nice quality as well as the beds and pillows. View from balcony was very nice.
We would only suggest a couple of things. The bathtub/shower combo was rather slippery with no grab bars except for one which was not located in a good space. We realize it is not advertised as handicap accessible but it was quite slippery. The other thing was the coffee maker needs to be replaced. It took 2 and a half hours for the pot to completely fill the glass pot.
We were here during a cool time so the fact the ac did not have a vent to one bedroom was not an issue. There is a combo heating and cooling unit there but the output was not cold. It might not be adequate for summer heat
But we all did think it was a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone.
