The villa is conveniently located 4 miles from Punta Cana International Airport. just a few minute drive and you'll arrive in Tortuga Bay. Puntacana Shopping Village and the Blue Mall Puntacana are located just outside the resort and you can easily get there in a rental car or with pre-arranged transportation service ($) Tortuga Bay has gorgeous views of the La Cana golf course, a 27-hole championship golf course, with 4 oceanfront holes and 14 holes with ocean view. The beach is approx. 0.40 miles from the villa! The easiest way to get to the beach is to take short walk down the street, with a quick stroll past the golf course and you'll be jumping in the ocean in no time! Playa Serena, which is a beach nearby, is one of the most pristine beaches in Punta Cana. This beach has white powdery sand and the ocean is very shallow - perfect for swimmers of all ages! This Luxury Villa has 2 levels with 4 bedrooms (for 10 persons max, included children) with 4.5 bathrooms (all air conditioned). The fresh interior of this villa invites you to relax and enjoy your vacation in the comforts of a private home. The home was amazing and the staff (Maria and Audolina) were great. They took great care of us and made meals that the entire family (6 adults + 2 children) enjoyed. The location is perfect, close to the beach and golf course. We will be going back. The owner (Christian) was great to deal with and the airport transportation he arranged was excellent.

Flamingo villa was a beautiful house and location. Christian and Diana were amazing communicators and made our stay more enjoyable. Maria and Audalina were both very friendly and welcoming, Maria's cooking was great and Audalina was always keeping the house cleaned up after our 6 and 4 year old. It was a blessing to meet them and stay at the house. We found several beaches are community areas we enjoyed. We rented the gulf carts and was so glad we did, our adult children loved going on the rides and seeing all the different places. It would be helpful to have someone fluent in Spanish but we were able to communicate just fine with translation app. Highly recommend stay to others and we would love to visit again!

This property was just one of many beautiful homes in the Punta Cana Resort & Club property. It was close to the airport (but without the noise) and convenient to beach and shopping in Punta Cana.

We were 9 adults and a baby staying at villa flamingo. The neighborhood is excellent backyard is a view of the golf course. You can walk to La Cana beach club from the back yard in 6 minutes. The staff he has at the house is superb Maria and Aurelina always engaged with us and did everything possible to make our stay spectacular!!!!
We stayed in January so the main pool is a bit cold but the house has a separate jacuzzi which is large enough for all of the adults to enjoy comfortably warm water while enjoying the view.
The owner is extremely fast in responding with all the questions I had at all hours since we had never been there. Also during our stay he was very prompt in getting back to us.
We all really enjoyed our time there. Can’t wait to go back!

The house is absolutely fabulous. Many aspects in person are better than anticipated. The outside living and furniture are perfect. We ate virtually EVERY meal outdoors. Maria and Aurelina are terrific and aim to please on every topic. Christian and Diana are great hosts who proactively work with you to make sure everything goes well. Would strongly recommend renting the golf cart(s), as the overall resort is very large. Best thing you can do on the first day is take a ride EVERYWHERE so you can see and appreciate the whole place and learn what you have access to as a "home guest". Our first time in DR - loved it!! Thank you - perfect weather. One final helpful note .... Maria and Aurelina do not speak English and I do not speak Spanish. Had we been "alone", it would have been a bit of a challenge (still doable), however 3 of our kids/guests could speak Spanish and that made life very easy.

House was nice, well appointed and clean. The staff made for a very comfortable stay and catered to our every need. Maria’s cooking was excellent. With 7 adults, we had to manage showers to prevent running out of hot water, but it recovered quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo. Maria and Audalina were always helpful. The meals were delicious and they both went out of their way to make our stay enjpyable.
Christian communicated with me from the time I booked my trip until my last day there. He's a pleasure to work with.
The house is well maintained and have plenty of room to host people.

I have never stayed in a property where the owners have been this kind! I started communicating with Christian and Diana just before our stay and they were always available and extremely helpful. I could tell they really wanted us to have an enjoyable stay. The house is simply amazing! Every person in our family enjoyed our time here. We stayed here with children ages 2-12. While at the property, Maria and Yendi went above and beyond making this a superior experience for us. Gorgeous house. Convenient location close to the airport (10 minutes or so). Very family friendly house. We should have stayed longer!!!

We stayed at the Flamingo Villa in Punta Cana for a week in March. It is a beautiful house, very tastefully and comfortably decorated, with tons of great outdoor space. The villa is taken care by Maria and Audalina and they are superstars. They kept things spotless and prepared delicious meals for us each day. Dealing with Christian and Diana was effortless and they made sure we had everything we needed to make for a special vacation. Bravo all.

The house was immaculate, very well maintained and clean. The staff was exceptional! Maria and Aurelina went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They really are the crown jewel of the house. The owners Christian and Diana were very easy to work with and very responsive to all our needs. I could not have dreamed of a better place to vacation with my family. We hope to be back very soon.

Christian was very helpful and responsive from days prior to our arrival, offering to ensure we had everything we needed or wanted at the villa!!!! His attention continued until my family boarded into the plain.
At arrival my family was welcomed by Maria and Aureliana, who greeted everyone as family!!!! Their service, welcoming, and attentiveness cannot be measured!!!! Simply AMAZING!!!

We had such an amazing vacation! The house was beautiful and very clean. Christian was very attentive to every detail in making sure our stay was perfect, from making sure the house was stocked with the food we wanted, to giving us suggestions and helping us coordinate excursions while we were there. Maria (cook) and Aurelina (housekeeper) were absolutely amazing! They were so attentive to detail and made sure everything we needed was done to perfection. My daughter has a severe allergy and Maria made sure that everything she cooked was safe for her. It was truly a magical and memorable experience because of them. We are already planning our return to this house next year! Thank you so much!

Perfect in every way!
We had the most amazing family vacation here during the 4th of July week. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away with the spotless, gorgeous house, the pool and the neighborhood.. Everything we needed was nearby with the golf carts . We enjoyed La Yola restaurant, loved Playa Blanca beach, and the ecological reserve was AMAZING (all accessible with the golf carts). Of course the most amazing part of our trip was Maria (the cook) and Aurelina (the housekeeper). They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay!! The meals were delicious and the coffee was superb. They had already grocery shopped for us before we got there which was so nice! Christian, the owner was responsive to our every request and was very thorough in his communication. We loved the house and area so much that we have already booked again for next year! Thank you for a perfect week!!

A dream!
We had a dream stay in Christian's house. The house is extremely pleasant to live in, the exteriors with the pool are conducive to relaxation. Christian is an exceptional host who makes sure you have a good stay and even offers to do some shopping before your arrival. Maria and Aurelina also take care of everything in the house with discretion and efficiency. A must is to rent a golf cart to go along the resort.
In short, if you want to have a great vacation, I highly recommend this rental.

The pool and property were absolutely gorgeous. Nothing was shot in a mis-leading way. If anything, it's even more beautiful than the pictures would suggest. The owner, Christian, was incredible. Was so responsive to even the smallest question, before and after the trip. Our live in housekeeper, Maria, was warm and amazing. She also made the most incredible breakfasts and dinners for us - not part of her job duty but was thrilled and happy to do so. We love this property and Maria so much that we have already secured a spring trip next year. We've traveled all over the world and can not recommend this place enough - it was perfection - you won't be disappointed!

What a beautiful Villa in the perfect location! We were two families of 5, kids all same ages 16-21...I'm not even sure where to start. Chris was very pleasant to deal with and the Villa really was just perfect...when in the Villa we mostly spent our time in the outdoor spaces and couldn't ask for anything more.
Ahead of the trip we made arrangements for Chris to go grocery shopping and rent golf carts and both were there and waiting upon our arrival!
Request the VIP service at the airport as this made entering through customs a breeze...
The golf carts were a big hit and a necessity, in my opinion - best way to get around the resort area from one end to the other...Our favorite restaurant was La Yola for dinner...we went over to Playa Blanca and Westin for lunch a couple of times for a change of scenery and that was lovely, we also found our way over to Cap Cana Marina, fun if you can find the way over, a short walk from the furthest point you can go with golf carts!!
The golf cart rides really were so much fun! No car necessary at all, as for excursions they pick you up and drop you back off...highly suggest boat rental , dune buggies and ziplining...!
We really had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return! PERFECT first trip since pandemic!!
