Say it and Alexa will do it (voice command guides provided)! Crafted with you truly in mind, we offer you generous rooms; high ceilings; highest speed WiFi; fully stocked kitchen; abundant streaming options: Disney+, Netflix, Amazon/Prime, HBOMax, Paramount+, Hulu (ad-free); and bidets (essential...)! There is so much for you to relax in, and enjoy the little things. We want you to be pampered! A very spacious floor plan, perfect for relaxing and having a great time. The whole house (first floor) is available and accessible. There is a basement space we have that's locked - where we stow storage and cleaning supplies We have a wonderful, established, quiet neighborhood. It is in characteristic fashion with most neighborhoods in the North Springfield territory. Your booking is perfectly positioned close to Kansas Expressway, and by the transitive property, Interstate 44. You'll be able to get to events around town very quick! We have four cameras installed along the four exterior/outside walls for your comfort and security. There is also a smart doorbell on each exterior door that can be accessed by guest through four Alexa Echo Show devices in house. That disclaimer language: 1. Please do not sit on couch armrests and keep children from walking/standing/jumping on any of the furniture. 2. Having parties forfeits the reservation, with no refund. 3. Unregistered (ESA & Service Animals too need to be registered) pets forfeits reservation, with no refund. $30 added fine/cleaning 4. No loud music or noise after 10 pm. 5. We can only accept bookings from completed account profiles (registered phone number and government-issued ID attached to their account). 6. There is a $50 late check-out fee. 7. Lost or broken item costs will be added to booking fee. 8. If broken house rules cause subsequent guest/s to cancel or require refund/s – these losses will be charged to previously cited guest. 9. Registered guest counts need to be accurate. For every unregistered guest, there will be an additional $10 fee per extra person, per night. 10. There is a $200 smoking fine for each day of the infraction and/or stay. This includes the porch and deck (smoking further away to help air out oneself is acceptable) 11. Due to regular misrepresentations and broken house rules, we no longer accept local bookings from guests with negative-ratings or lack of history. 12. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on premises and it's facilities.

This is the first time I’ve stayed in a smart house and this one had it all! Thomas was a great host and communicated well. I will definitely look to return next time I’m in Springfield. So much nicer to have a whole house compared to a hotel room. It’s centrally located in town. Can be anywhere within 10-15 mins in any direction. 5 mins away from shopping, restaurants, gas station, I-44.

This was a great place for our family get together. Plenty of room and Great location! The only hold back was that the queen beds are too high for someone who is elderly, they do have steps to help with that but still hard on an older person. The twin beds are just cots and they are too low for an older person to get up and down. We made do, my elderly Aunts sleep on the large sectional. We had to call 911 (everything is ok, thought my 90 yr old father was having a heart issue). When the owner heard the ambulance was there he called to check on us and asked if there was anything he could do. We appreciated that very much.

We came to Springfield for a tennis tournament. The location and the house were great! It was very comfortable and we enjoyed using Alexa! The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but we didn’t have any problems.

This was a great place to stay on my weekend getaway with friends! It is very clean and well kept. Owner is very responsive in a timely manner. The smart technology was fun to use. I would recommend this place.

This home is a hidden surprise. I call them "Sleepers." A home where the neighborhood, or outside is totally different than what you get on the inside. This home is amazing. We hope to be able to come back soon and stay again.

The house was nice, really enjoyed the big sectional and big tv. The best part of the whole experience was the host. I made a mistake on my dates and I had showed up with my family at the exact same time some other family arrived and claimed they had the property reserved for that day. I checked my confirmation and just realized I got my dates wrong when I booked the house. The host, Thomas Quinn was very understanding and made it work out. Me and my family stayed at this house and he put the other family in another listing he had, luckily the other family was as understanding as as the host so everything ended up working out. He could have told me sorry for my luck but he didn’t, he made sure that everyone was taken care of.

Excellent clean home in a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Host was very responsive and helpful. Checkin a breeze. Great central location. Best appointed kitchen in a VRBO that we've ever stayed in! Alexa driven house was our first and now we're hooked. We'll stay here again when in area. ❤️

The home itself was as described in the listing. It was well-kept and clean. The owners were good communicators. The property is very close to several universities in the area, which is why we chose the home. Unfortunately, the neighborhood included homes that were very rundown which impacted our overall experience.

We enjoyed the stay and that so many things we may need were at the property (kitchen-related). The house was family friendly! We were slightly concerned when we saw how close we were to the train tracks, but only heard 1 train early afternoon on 1 day -- so that didn't disturb anything. The owners were very responsive and the stay was great!

We stayed here the night of Super Bowl LVII (go Chiefs!) and it was the perfect place to watch the game. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were great for our family. I am disappointed we only got to stay one night and will definitely be back. This was the best place we stayed our whole trip.

We booked for a family and friend event at a local University. Plenty of room for everyone and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The technology included not only a huge TV but lighting controls, appliances and the latest security access controls. I would definitely book again.

This property was awesome! Very clean and inviting! The “smart house details” were fun! The neighborhood was a little rough and the house next door had a lot of people coming and going. The house and property itself though were great. I imagine the house is a bright spot in the neighborhood! Overall good experience!

Everything was wonderful! The property was super duper clean and had everything we needed for our visit! We would absolutely stay here again… definitely play the trivia games on Alexa, we did the entire time we cooked breakfast.

The property itself is very nice, and well appointed! There is plenty of space, all the amenities of home. The beds and pillows are super comfortable! The "smart" aspect of the home was fun - "Alexa, turn on Batman!" The neighborhood itself is not great, but I grew up in a similar neighborhood, so it wasn't an issue for me. I did not feel unsafe. It was conveniently located near highways to get around. The homeowners were very responsive with any requests and very kind. I would stay here again if going to the Springfield, MO area again for a stay. Much better than a hotel!!

We only stayed here one night, but I will definitely keep this place in mind if needed again. We had too many people for one hotel room and this three bedroom house was perfect. It was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It was for sure a "Smart" home. Everything could be controlled by "Alexa!" The neighborhood is in an older part of town, but it was very quiet and we had no problems the night we were there. I just wish we could have stayed a little longer!

For those interested in Alexa for your household this house is perfect for you! To say my 7 year old made friends with the Alexa system is an understatement, LOL!! It had some older features like flooring and cupboards, but was spacious, clean, and had a lot of sleeping options. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows. I would recommend this to others.

What an amazing property. I guess I missed the "smart home" in the property description. This house is wired to the max. I was really cool, all the toys, with instructions. Pay attention to the home diagram and room names, it's really neat. On check in day we navigated to the property using Google Maps, and it took us to a community center several blocks away. Thanks to a quick response from host, everything was taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Springfield.
