This newer home is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you would need to have a great stay! The great room has comfy leather sofas and a recliner with a great entertainment center and TV. The dining room table seats up to 8 with additional seating at the kitchen counter for three. The kitchen is loaded with all the items you will need for cooking up your family's favorite meals. There are stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and granite countertops which add to making this darling kitchen perfect. Just outside the sliding glass doors is a wonderful covered patio with 2 picnic tables and a grill for those yummy cookouts. There is a set of a full washer and dryer for added convenience just in case you need to do a load or two. There are four bedrooms. The queen master on the main floor is inviting and is very spacious. Upstairs you will find there is a second master bedroom with a king-size bed. The first bunk room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds and the fourth bedroom has a full bed and a set of twin over twin bunks. Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Not to mention local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community! Ladera is only minutes away from I-15 making restaurants, shopping, and other amenities a short drive away! Additionally, while staying in this property as a Red Rock Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Golf, and more! The house was so much more than what we expected. It was so clean and cute and had all the amenities that we needed. We had such a fun stay! Thanks so much!

Home was nice but not as clean as we expected. The table and island weren't wiped when we got there.When we opened the silverware drawer there was a dirty spoon with coffee in it. Some liquid was spilled on the tile and when we wiped it up the rag was brown from the dirty floor. The dishwasher didn't seem to work well, we washed all dishes we used before we felt comfortable using them.
. The rugs throughout the house were pretty dirty as well.
The glass sliding door in the kitchen didn't have curtains or blinds so people could see in, that was a bit uncomfortable.
The streets are pretty narrow with no sidewalks. Wasn't very safe for walking to the pool.
Other then that we enjoyed our stay.

We loves this property. The pool and hot tub was only a few houses down and property was able to fit all our vehicles. Neighborhood felt very safe also.

Great location! Close to the freeway! We stayed there for the marathon. The house was very clean, very well stocked and organized. The neighbor was quiet. Pool was just down the street which the grandkids lived. We had some last minute requests which the property manager was more than accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Good for what we needed
The house was nice, and fit our friend group nicely. Our only complaint was that the lift at the pool was broken, so we had to raise and lower by buddy in a wheelchair manually.

Amazing property and perfect location for our offroading.
The property was perfect. We all had an amazing time. We would definitely book this property again if possible for our next trip.

Comfortable, clean home in a very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing missing was a salad spinner.

Family of four and plenty of space. We would stay here again if needed. This was a temporary housing situation for us as we wait for our home to be built.
What we loved …
* Close to I-15. Exit 13 so basically the very NE end of Saint George area. You can hop on the freeway and be to exit 8 which is the heart of Saint George in a matter of minutes.
* Every bedroom has their own bathroom
* Only a few houses down from the community pool
* Small RV parking pad on side of house so plenty of room for 2 cars in the driveway without being crammed
* Overflow parking (we had our pontoon and it fit perfectly )
What we disliked …
* RV pad is undersized so you can’t really use it for any boats or Trailers (would fit a RZR or quads though)
* Casita bedroom had broken wood plank on bed frame
* No cable TV
Overall a clean and functional home that was very comfortable. Would definitely stay at again.

This house was so clean and easy to navigate. The owners were so attentive and helped my out a ton with this house!! From the kitchen to the rooms everything was amazing!! The kitchen was amazing, the rooms were great and the living room was time less. I will definitely come back!!

Great rental property
Very clean and spacious. Multiple bedrooms with en-suite baths and bunkbeds made sleeping lots of people possible. Great property management group with attention to detail. We would definitely rent again!
