Teddys Townhouse is a modern, brand new townhome conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Belgrade. Centrally situated in the Gallatin Valley, this townhome offers easy access to a wide range of outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, and skiing in all directions. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: The townhome boasts three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms all situated on the upper level. The master suite features a king size bed and a spacious bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. The other two bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds, ample closet space, and share a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A half bathroom is located on the main level adjacent to the kitchen. KITCHEN AND DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and serving ware for cooking. It features stunning solid surface countertops, an electric range and oven, a microwave, a toaster, a Keurig, and a dishwasher. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, which accommodates up to four guests. A gas grill is available on the deck which is accessible through the kitchen. LIVING AREA: The living room is bright and airy with soaring ceilings and custom floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. Upstairs in the loft space is a desk overlooking the living room and windows that provide a perfect workspace for those who need to catch up on work while on vacation. OUTDOOR AMENTITIES: Teddys Townhouse include a small deck with a gas grill and seating perfect for enjoying the beautiful Montana weather. AIRPORT: You are under 2 miles to the Bozeman International Airport. NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Belgrade offers a range of activities for guests to enjoy including an expansive public fishing access site just 5 miles from the townhome. Downtown Belgrade is less than half a mile away featuring a variety of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The townhome's central location in the Gallatin Valley puts you just 10 miles from Bozeman and 90 miles from the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park.

Our family had a wonderful time in Montana and Teddy’s townhouse was exceptional. Clean, beautifully decorated and close to highways and airport. The family room with dining and kitchen is a great place to hangout. Very thoughtful with blankets, pillows and games for the family to play. Very nice bedrooms nicely decorated. The master bedroom is upstairs with a nice office area in the loft area outside the room. Home is close to grocery stores and fast food. Short trip to Bozeman where we found wonderful restaurants to try each night. Close to the ‘M’ trail and the college. The place was like home away from home. Thank you for making it so nice that we didn’t want to leave.

The location was great! Easy access to the interstate so traveling to Bozeman, Four Corners etc. is super quick. We prefer staying in Belgrade when we visit Bozeman because it is quiet and has less traffic.
The place itself was modern and had all desired necessities. Beds were also very comfortable!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! Very clean and fully stocked with everything you would ever need! Great communication with the renters also. I will be staying here again

This is a great property, but the management (particularly with respect to communication) was not so good. Check in instructions were confusing, referring to a code for a lock box instead of a key pad on the door (note there was a lock box that had a key in it that opened nothing). Worse, the master bathroom toilet barely flushed when we arrived and immediately became clogged up. Plumber came on Friday but couldn’t fix it. He was supposed to return Saturday but never did. Despite emails to property manager, no one ever got back to me again.

Great location, easily accessible from BZN, great access to food and groceries. Very tastefully decorated and furnished. The only issue we ran into was the lockbox which we couldn't open with the code that was provided, but we just used the garage to get in & out of the house. Overall, had a very pleasant & comfortable stay.

If anyone is thinking of 'VRBOing' their property, they should book a night here and take notes. These hosts thought of everything. Very impressive!!! It is new and beautiful though it can be noisy. Sometimes we weren't sure if the sound was from our unit or the units on either side. All and all, one of the best properties I've ever visited.!!!

If anyone is thinking of 'VRBOing' their property, they should book a night here and take notes. These hosts thought of everything. Very impressive!!! It is new and beautiful though it can be noisy. Sometimes we weren't sure if the sound was from our unit or the units on either side. All and all, one of the best properties I've ever visited.!!!

My husband and I stayed here for the week while he did his flight training out of BZN.
The rental had everything you could need and more while away from home. It was located just a quick drive from downtown Bozeman and close to the airport which was great for our needs.
Would definitely recommend!

Was great location very close to everything you'd need and a quick hop to get on interstate and to Bozeman/Bridger/Airport. Place was very nice, clean and worked great for each person to have their own space. Bed was amazingly comfortable and couch was perfect to crash on after a long day on the mountain. We were a little worried about being further from the mountain, but it was no issue at all with most of the difference in distance being on interstate. Don't hesitate at all if you are looking for a very nice place at a more affordable price vs staying directly in Bozeman.

Very upscale home, couldn’t have been nicer.communication about entry was confusing. Wasn’t told not to turn handle lock when we leave so door code didn’t work. Was told code yo get in garage for but didn’t work because we later found there was 2 lock boxes. I spend several hrs calling and sending email to get in to rental. Very stressful not knowing where we would sleep that night. Landlord did answer phone several times I called to help.
Overall, need clearer checkin directions on door locks and codes

Not a huge deal, but we were hoping to get in to the town home sooner. The property was amazing though and we appreciate the management keeping us updated on a repair man that had to come by. Very considerate and courteous. Great stay!
