Situated in Indian Lake, this lovely house for $423 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Escape to serenity to our beautiful cozy little cottage right on the lake with amazing sunset views! Entire home has been remodeled inside. Semi panoramic views of the lake from inside and outside the home Large spacious kitchen that opens up to the living room with an open floor plan Kitchen is well equipped with appliances, cookware and dishware, utensils etc Starter set of paper towel, toilet paper and dish soap is provided. (1 roll toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, 1 garbage bag) Guests should plan on bringing extra supplies as they need Large Kitchen island with 3 stools along with stool seating behind couch facing the TV on wall 1st floor master bedroom with queen bed connected to master bath Bedroom is somewhat small, but adequate to move freely and sleep for the night in a comfy bed! Master bath has spacious tub and shower 2nd floor loft has 2 queen beds with tv 2 large bean bags open up into extra mattresses for extra sleeping arrangements (great for kids) Steps to the loft are ladder like (small children will need assistance. Not recommended for those with mobility issues) Washer and Dryer Has Fireplace - but it is a nonworking one Premium Beach towels are provided Outside Features Situated in a quiet neighborhood right on the water Cozy screened in porch for sitting and entertaining Firepit (starter set of firewood, lighters, marshmallow sticks provided) Gas BBQ Grill Dock with ladder for swimming (1 dock available - can discuss upon booking) Fish right from the dock! Dock is available for use if renting a boat - please let us know upon booking if you need the dock. PLEASE NOTE: boat is NOT included in this rental - we are happy to refer you to a few boat rental facitilites around the lake) Includes 2 blow up stand up paddle boards (May-October) Privacy Fence in backyard with swing Large front yard Ample parking Close proximity to RT 33, Grocery, Russells Point, Hurleys Farm Market, 20-25 minutes from Mad River Mountain Ski resort! This is in a quiet area of the lake. We ask you to be respectful to the neighbors as far as noise. Any specific questions or requests- please feel free to message us! We will be happy to answer! We hope you consider our cozy little cottage away from it all! Everything you need for the perfect getaway! NOTE: The owners do have have dogs that are in the home once in a while, but we do not allow pets.

Our stay was as good as expected. The only problem was figuring out how to use the television. We are not used to that kind of technology. Other than that we loved being able to sit either outside or on the screened porch and watch the lake. If we get another chance we would love to come back ☺️☺️

Quaint and quiet location on the water. It was easy to rent a boat(from local marina) for the weekend and enjoy water sports and the lake with family. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped for cooking family dinners. Loft area was nice for three boys (ages 14+) to share.

Stayed 2 nights. The effort Laura has made to think of everything needed for an enjoyable stay is evident and appreciated. We picked this one for the screened in room in case of rain which of course it did one day. We played cards and read listening to the rain and still able to be outside looking at the lake. First night had the most beautiful sunset, what a treat! Will be back 🙂

The neighborhood was calm and quiet but not far from groceries and restaurants. It was right on the water and offered paddle boards so we had a bunch of water exercising. The fire pit was fantastic and we looooved the screened in porch to keep the mosquitos away. Great communication with the owner and a fantastic, well updated and well equipped home. Thank you for allowing us to visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake house! It has a great screened in porch, with a view of the lake. A dock to fish off and a great fire pit! The inside is beautiful and clean! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The owners were responsive to questions. We really enjoyed our stay, will book again!

This cottage was delightful! We really appreciated the spacious family room (with fun board games!), beautiful, well equipped kitchen (better than mine!), fantastic screened in porch with view of the lake (perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee), and the fire pit with the Adirondack chairs! The fun memories will last a lifetime!

We had a great stay! The home is smaller than I expected but worked perfectly for two of us - I think it would be a bit too small for more than 3 or 4 people - the attic area is especially small but well used. Everything is so well done and the first floor is just lovely! Just a few small notes/tips (really the space is great) -The large shower only has half a wall so water gets everywhere but throw down an extra towel and it should be fine. -The ice maker in the fridge door barely works, so if you need ice don't rely on that. - there wasnt a Kayak there like the paperwork said there would be. Not a big deal for is but if you're hoping for that maybe verify first. - the backyard area is really open and not private at all, so expect the neighbors to be out and about and right there. If you don't like dogs (I am allergic) there is a neighbor who lets her two dogs run free and they will run up to you (a pro for some lol) The property is really well taken care of and I could see us returning!

The cottage was the perfect spot for a little getaway for our family of 3. Cozy couch, stocked kitchen, and the views were amazing. Morning fog and evening sunsets. It was chilly, so we couldn't enjoy the huge screened in porch. The downstairs bedroom is tight quarters - no room for suitcases in there, but plenty of room in the main area. Went on some nice hikes around the lake, and took a short drive to the Airstream Factory for a fun (free!) tour. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This lake house is beyond amazing. The view is spectacular and the neighbors are very welcoming. My sister,two nieces and I took our first ever girls trip and this place did not disappoint. We all agreed this lakehouse and location made our trip extra special.

I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone interested in visiting Indian lake. Everything is updated, the screen porch is amazing, great place to dock boat on premise, and gorgeous sunsets. It has everything you need and more. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time on the lake. The screened in porch is amazing and really a staple of the place. Everything was wonderfully updated inside and in great working condition. The outdoor area was perfect, plenty of space everywhere. We would highly recommend to anyone with family and kids. Definitely hope to stop back in the future.

My mom and I planned a mother/daughter getaway. It was always my mom’s dream to wake up in the morning and fry up some bacon and eggs in a beautiful house on a lake. This property allowed us to accomplish that dream :-) Not only was the house super clean, but it had a very warm, homey feeling as soon as you stepped in. The screened in porch was perfect and allowed us to enjoy the lake and outdoors in comfort. We cannot wait to book this property again :-)

This house is updated and was a perfect fit for our family. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The sunroom that over looks the lake was the best place in the house. We loved the fire pit and our teen daughters loved the paddle boards. We would recommend this house to couples and families with older kids as the stairs were steep for the upstairs bedroom.

No better spot to enjoy Indian Lake!

Not only is the setting the epitome of what one envisions as idyllic lake life, the cottage is inviting and designed well to create a relaxing foundation for a perfect getaway. The owners, who were also extremely helpful, clearly made a tremendous effort to provide everything from comfortable couches, extra towels and blankets and lovely “lake” blue dishes right down to the wine cork. This cottage is modern with essential updates yet charming and cozy. The screened in porch is a bonus. Floating into oblivion right off the dock with friends from watching our grandsons cast to hook the big catch and toasting marshmallows as the sun set created forever memories which makes us want to return as soon as possible. This was a treat for all of us. Thank you!

Our family had a very relaxing time staying at this lake cottage. Our kids loved sleeping upstairs in the loft that had plenty of room. The inside was like new with great attention to details that make it feel like a vacation. The paddle boards were a lot of fun to take out on the beautiful lake.

The property is beautiful! We loved the open kitchen and living room spaces, but the screened porch and outdoor spaces were our favorite places to gather. The views were incredible and the peacefulness of the location was perfect for us. Everything was maintained to a tee and no detail has been overlooked here.

My In-laws, my wife and myself spent 4 fantastic days at this getaway-on-the-lake. We put our boat at the dock right at the foot of the property, fished around the lake (4 largest fish came from the dock), ate at a couple different lake places and cooked multiple meals in the cottage with its great kitchen. Enjoyed a fire each night at the fire pit which had many very comfortable chairs. We'll DEFINITELY be back.
