The master has a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a full hall bath with a shower and bathtub. All mattresses were brand new in 2023. The sunroom is in the front of the house and air-conditioned. The living room has an electric fireplace, and the TV has YouTube live TV and streaming apps. The kitchen has a coffee and wine bar and brand new appliances. Off the dining room is a screened in porch with TV, dining table and lounge set. The backyard is fully fenced, with outdoor shower, grill, fire-pit, and sun deck. Linens, towel and beach towels provided, as well as many toiletry amenities to get you started. We also provide beach equipment including: basic beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, kids toys, cooler and towels. LOCATION: The house is situated just one block from the beach, in the quiet bayside neighborhood of North Cape May. Our neighborhood boasts its free secluded beaches and amazing red-sky sunsets every night. It is one of the only neighborhoods on the east coast where you can see sunsets. Head down to the bay with your little ones, to build a sand castle and enjoy the calm waves of the bay. You can spot schools of dolphins in the bay almost daily. Get active on your kayaks, or on a run along our paved waterfront sidewalks. Relax in an oversized raft or soak up the sun with your toes in the sand.
