DONT DO IT!!!!! There’s a long list of problems with this place. I read someone elses long complaint after I had already booked my trip (unfortunately) and was praying that these things weren’t true when I arrived but it was pretty bad and accurate. list of problems: Took an hour for the property manager to reply while I was locked out waiting to get into the place because he gave me the wrong access code. -it took him 2 days to get us a WiFi code that worked so We couldn’t use the phones much for 2 days out of the 4. - no iron or ironing board. -sheets were old and used. (Stained) -No drapes/curtains in the Master bedroom so I had to block the sun out with a sheet they had in the closet. -toilet leaking from the front living room bathroom. Had to keep a towel in front of the door so water wouldn’t run out into the living room. • Fruit flies in dishwasher due to the dirty dishes • Large live Cockroaches (1 was in the oven) • Terrible odor from old fish in the garbage disposal in the house. I spent have the time lighting insense and candles to help the odor of the place. • Leftover Brownie dessert the size of a dustpan left inside the oven. Biggest problem that actually almost sent me to the hospital, there is a vent on the floor near the window that I stepped on….not jumped or ran on…STEPPED ON while going to the bathroom late at night and I almost fell through. (I weigh 180lbs). No floor vent you should be able to step on it and actually put a dent in it.. Also there’s no reason for anyone to try and put a dent in it. All of these issues I stayed calm about and said nothing. Just tried to enjoy my trip….and now I get a request to pay for damages that really should be a lawsuit. This is just a summary of how they do business. It’s a 3rd party running it so there’s no real care for the property! There’s a few other things but this is just the main things that I can think of.

My experience at this Home was horrible! The kitchen and master bedroom were cool! But the rest of the home was awful! The half bath floor is sinking in... The toilet water was draining water from the bottom the whole time non stop. Trifling! The house has an odor of a dead cat because of the mold and rotting of the house. My cousin was walking up the steps and it completely collapsed which cause him to fall backwards!!!! The whole entire steps fell to the ground!!!! It was so much rotten wood moisture on the base. Then the bottom of the house is falling down because its old!!! I have pictures to post. I called texted he responded back with a lie saying someone was coming in the morning. They never came and he didn't have the decency to check to make sure we were safe or if fixed. The owner didn't have the right wifi code! He refused to give the right code! I almost forgot to include the Roaches in the house! Huge Roaches! Not Cockroaches but big Roaches and Ants in the bed My advice stay away! Keep your money! Dangerous

The house location is great, is in a safe and very nice neighborhood. Downtown Atlanta, restaurants, groceries and other attractions are a short drive away from the house. Which is very convenient if you are trying to get to know the city. The house comfortably accommodated a large family, since it has 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms. The house do show some wear and tear but overall is in good condition. The decor is exactly as the pictures posted in their ad. Highly recommend!
