Welcome to Serenity Shores! Listen to the waves and enjoy a partial gulf view from the expansive balcony of this top floor condominium. With your own PRIVATE ELEVATOR and garage (and no shared walls), this peaceful residence feels much more like a single family home. With balconies on both gulf and bay side, you will enjoy a healthy ocean breeze throughout the residence. This bright and airy residence is exceptionally well-maintained and clean. We stay here ourselves much of the year, so we make sure it is livable. It doesn't feel like a 'rental property'. You will enjoy fresh premium flooring throughout, with stainless appliances, granite counters, and modern amenities including your own dedicated private elevator. Enjoy beautiful top-floor views with no stairs to climb! The living room has a beautiful open layout, with expansive west-facing windows. It has a brand new Samsung 65" television, and large sectional for entertaining a large family. The luxurious master suite has a private balcony facing the bay side of the island, and has a luxurious pillowtop king bed with our own version of a "pillow menu". The master bath has a huge tiled shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. The second bedroom has a small office area, complete with desk, monitor, office chair, and even keyboard/mouse. This same bedroom has bunk beds (twin on top/full on bottom). The third bedroom has a queen bed, complete with modern furniture. The second bathroom has an exceptionally nice walk in shower - It has beautiful tiles, and a unique doorless layout. We love it! The perfect location is just one block to the beach and and two blocks from the popular bayfront park, featuring picturesque views of the bay. Here you will also find a picnic area, children's playground, a kayak launch and basketball courts.

Property is as well maintained as it appears in photographs. Nice location in quiet neighborhood steps from beach. Well equipped. Host Bryce could not have been more accommodating and responsive in making our stay comfortable and hassle free. One of our best VRBO stays.

What a wonderful place and location for our first visit to AMI! Bryce and Jennifer are fabulous hosts, provided all details of their vacation home and were very quick to respond with any questions, recommendations, or concerns. We had a child break her collarbone while on this trip. Bryce provided much help on where to go and offered kind words. The elevator came in handy after the accident, and of course, with bringing all of our belongings up. The garage space was perfect with having 2 cars and securely placing our beach gear each day. Well equipt for preparing meals, great washer and dryer and all beds were comfy. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. Looking forward to our next stay!

I've always been a bit skeptical on this way for a vacation rental. Being that this was the first time, i couldn't be more pleased. The renters were absolutely wonderful and made the entire process effortless. They were so helpful with everything and were very prompt in communication. The home was absolutely beautiful. My children and I had such an amazing time that we wished we were abel to extend! Sadly it was back to work for me! We look forward to renting from them again.

We had such a glorious time in this beautiful home just a block from pristine powdery white sands of Bradenton Beach. The home was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, well-stocked & a perfect home away from home! We enjoyed hours on the front porch looking at the gulf & watching people passing by. Bryce & Jen were wonderful hosts too, gave great restaurant recs too!

We did a Teacher Spring Break and we loved this condo. This was very well equipped, absolutely as advertised and very clean. This is located a block (or less) from a non-crowded beach. Also it’s in a very quiet location.
It was a wonderful, relaxing week.

My family and I had a great vacation, and part of that was the experience of staying at Bryce and Jennifer’s beautiful home. The whole experience was amazing, and I would 10/10 recommend!

Bradenton Beach Beauty
This is my family's third time staying in this condo in the last year.
The condo is exactly as shown in pictures with just a short walk to the beach. There are bikes as well as all the beach equipment you may want for your time in the sand. We thoroughly enjoy this condo and location.

Very clean and spacious! This property is located in a wonderful location. It’s just a short walk to the beach or intercostal. The ocean is viewable from the balcony. The hosts were helpful and timely with all checkin information.

Perfect Location
Great location and property in Anna Maria. Very clean and has all the amenties you could ask for from washer and dryer to bikes and toys for kids. Would definitely book again!!

A great vacation!
We had so much fun on this trip! The property is very close to the ocean, and has a view of the ocean. Bryce and Jennifer were great hosts and very responsive. They thought of all the little details in the property including beach toys for our kids! We loved our stay at this location!

Beautiful, Clean, and Steps to the Beach
This property was amazing so clean, so close to the beach, and unit was bigger than I expected! There was plenty of room for us to spread out an enjoy our vacation and it was nice having the garage right below. Jennifer and Bryce were amazing host. We can’t thank them enough for helping us through out our whole stay. We look forward to going back to this property. We really enjoyed visiting the island for the first time at this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed this well appointed condo! The location on the island is great, just a quick walk to the beach, close to the grocery, close to restaurants, easy drive to any location on the island. The owner was attentive, and helpful. We would definitely rent this place again!

This house was perfect for our trip with two couples and two kiddos. The bunk beds were the best for the kids!! There is plenty of room to relax whether on the balcony to enjoy a bit of an ocean review or on the spacious sectional in the open concept living. The kitchen was stocked with tons of essentials and was close enough to pick up fresh seafood for a few nights of eating in. The beach is just a short walk and there is a spot to rinse off before going in to ensure no sand was tracked in. We definitely will be seeking to rent this unit again when we go back to the island.

We had the perfect week. Bryce was the perfect host, very prompt to our needs. The place was perfect and in the perfect location. The only thing I’d love to have a pool. Also if you’re short, you will need help getting the laundry out is the washing machine. Too deep for short people, lol.

This house was perfect for our trip with two couples and two kiddos. The bunk beds were the best for the kids!!
