A Éviter

On a voulu payer un surclassement pour la clim, on nous a vanté la chambre Deluxe au second, on s'est retrouvé dans 8m carrés au premier trop fatigués pour réagir après 15minutes de négociation. On voulait un rouleau de papier toilette à 6h du soir, il fallait attendre le lendemain que les magasins ouvrent!!! Finalement encore 5minutes de parlotte pour en obtenir un ! On a commandé un taxi pour le checkout à 7h30, on l'a jamais eu. Heureusement on n'y croyait pas et on avait assuré nos arrières pour ne pas louper le bus. Bref un hôtel de roublard pas fiable.

Not for one moment I felt like a guest in their property. Will not visit again / recommend

Location was near to Rock Beach

We booked a room with 2x double bed with Terrace access. But due to some electrical short circuit issue, we were downgraded to a room with single double bed + 2x additional floor beds. 1) We had to ask and negotiate for everything. 2) They didn't provide soap and shampoo by default. We had to walk downstairs and ask. When asked it was provided. 3) They didn't provide towel by default. We had to walk downstairs and ask. we are 4 members, but they said only 2 towels will be provided. 4) We had to ask for additional beds and lift them ourselves to the first floor. Only bedsheets were provided. No pullovers were provided. They treated us like we are staying for free. It felt like they were doing some favor by accommodating us. Not for one moment I felt like a guest in their property. Will not visit again and will not recommend for my friends and family. Except location nothing is a positive and there are many other options nearby.

Bed was good and comfortable. AC was good. Location in whitetown was close and walkable to beach. Restaurants available nearby too.

Facilities and amenities were not upto the mark. No toiletries were provided. Soap and towel was also not in the room and we had to request for it to get it. These are basic things that one would expect at a price point of around 3.5k / night in India. Although the personnel at the property are helpful to rearrange other vehicles for finding parking spot on the road, there isn't any dedicated parking space available.

Worst experience ever

They have got some management issues. Even after booking it for 2 days, they denied our booking after reaching the property. Which caused us a lot of convenience.

They have got some management issues. Even after booking it for 2 days, they denied our booking after reaching the property. We were standing there with a lot of our luggage in our hands and they asked us to move to some other property with even a different name, which was not at all up to the mark. And this new property was around 1.2 km away from there. We had to carry our luggage on scooty from one property to another on our own on a scooty that we took on rent there. In this new property there was a very poor infrastructure fans and ac were not working properly.

Fantastic hospitality

Hospitality was so damn good.The host and the owner Surya was taking all the care needed.. He even suggested all the good cafes and all the unknown places . Extremely delighted and thankful for his services. He even gave us pondicherry authentic chocolate 🍫🍫 and that choclate made our day.

Superb

The hospitality was so good. I was sick the very first day reaching there and they tried all the ways to make me comfortable.

Only the bed was comfortable

There are zero facilities in the hotel. There is no fridge anywhere in the hotel where i can preserve my stuff; not in the room and not in the kitchen. You cant pay with credit card at all which was a big problem for me. The staff are dishonest about what you ask them for. The heater in the bathroom was barely working so i was freezing while taking shower. The rooms are packed with mosquitos; i had the worst night sleeps ever in that hotel.

1. the bathroom is external which wasn’t mentioned before the booking. 2. The gates are locked at random times like night and even mid day and we were locked out when we were back. No amount of calls could wake up the owner of this property to open the gates, we had to jump the gate. 3. Lots of mosquitoes 4. No proper parking space

Great for people who work and travel.

Visit to pondicherry was my first solo travel. I loved staying at villa bordeaux coz its close to the beach. Its quite and serene place. The owner was friendly and made me feel comfortable during my stay. Wifi is great I could take my zoom calls. I would definitely stay here during my mext trip. I would recommed it for people who want to travel as well as work.

There is nothing not to like. Everythinv fit in perfectly.

Pathetic villa. Please do not book.

Only location. It's located in French colony and fairly closed from beach, bike renting place and public transport facilities.

This property is worth Rs1000 only. If you are being charged any higher, DO NOT BOOK IT. It's not worth it. There is Nila homestay right next to it. Their rooms are much better. Do not fall prey to cute exterior photos or other photos you see on internet The room was extremely small. (It was on first floor) A queensize bed was only that could fit into it. There was not even a chair in room. Room was filled with mosquitoes. There is open gutter outside the villa, hence you can't avoid mosquitoes. But they haven't bothered to put a net or anything on windows. Yiu feel like stuck in a matchbox. There was no supply of towel, napkins, tissue paper, soap and other toiletries. Not even a glass to drink water. You have to ask for everything. And yet they are usually out of supplies. The ground floor room does not have attached bathroom. Also, there was no rooftop cafe or restaurant. They do not provide breakfast.

No food or welcome drink. So simple room. Not worth for my hard earned money

location

I had previously enquired about early checkin and was told okay for that but upon reaching there at 5:30 am in morning, 1. nobody opened gate for frst 30 mins after multiple calls 2. no early checkin was provided instead they asked 1000 rs more for that which was never mentioned when I enquired earlier, we had to toam around in this hot sun till 12pm noon 3 and then got checked in to a completely different room from the I originally booked.They tried to sell it to us saying it’s a better room in reality it was pathetic. And while all of these going on - they older buy from the brothers who run the stay was sooo rudee I can’t even explain. To sum up- please don’t waste your money in this stay. spend a little extra but take a good stay because we go there to relax not to take 100 more troubles in head.

location was good.

The stay was ok . We were there only for a night . We had two rooms. we liked the newly renovated room on the top floor with balcony. It was clean and neat.

One of the rooms we got was very stuffy and smelly. A/C was also not working properly.
