Our 3-week stay was great with very few glitches. Many things were provided that we weren't expecting (spices and seasonings, even a crockpot) We went comfortably through a named tropical storm. The service that supplied Sheets and towels was also excellent.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our first visit to Topsail Island. The house was very clean and kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Very short and nice walk to the beach. We enjoyed walks on the beach! Also conveniently located between Jacksonville and Wilmington. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Understated, beachy comfort, well appointed, perfect location on Topsail nearest most of the local offerings and go-to places of this quaint (yet growing) little slice of sandy oceanic heaven. Other than the balky coffeemaker, there is literally nothing we'd change about our stay in our rental except making it for two weeks, perhaps. :-) Check in easy. Communications clear. Ample supply of the supplies promised. Easy to follow directions. A helpful "book" of things you need and want to know. Everything worked well, top to bottom, kitchen to washer-dryer and shower/bathrooms, right down to the recliners and grill (I was happy to replace the tank and enjoy a few evenings of third floor grilling as the sun set--pretty awesome!) The walk to the beach is even closer than advertised (we were on the beach literally 15 minutes after arriving and unloading the car), and as far as beaches go, it's just absolutely comfortable and welcoming and clean and seemingly never too crowded -- with good strong waves when you expect them to be there. Our sons (15 and 13) literally asked US if we could come back next year before we even broached the idea... and all we did with them was swim, eat, sleep, visit the Turtle Hospital (kind of a must), shop, eat, swim, sleep and beachwalk. Ot was WONDERFUL to have our family slow down willingly in such a cozy place--we believe our rental contributed to our feeling of Zen calm and peace throughout a desperately needed relaxing week on Topsail Island.

The rental was just as advertised. The property is clean and close to oceanfront. I would rent here again. My only recommendation is you may want to add a small table (4 people) to the upper deck for eating outside. Really enjoyed this rental and location!

I have rented many houses over the years since our family has 8 people....but this was by far the BEST home we've ever rented! It's so clean and we'll equipped. We LOVED how close and easy beach access was. My only wish was for better outdoor furniture on the deck off the living area. Beds were comfy and we had more than enough room. We will absolutely stay here again!

Amazing place to stay! It was very clean, beds are very comfortable and lots of cooking items needed to prepare meals. Just a short 2 minute walk to the beach and about 1/4 mile walk to fun shops. Would recommend this place 100%!

Very comfortable home. We loved the separate thermostat for the top level. Nice boardwalk makes trips to the beach simple. Best outdoor shower and grill we've had in our 30+ years of renting beach properties. The owners were extremely accommodating and quick to respond. We hope to enjoy this home again.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The linens were ready when we got there, the home is very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are on the smaller side, but we weren’t there to sleep but enjoy the beach and that we did! It’s. Quick and short walk to a very nice beach with water almost as clear and warm as Hawaii! The home had plenty of needed items in the kitchen and we felt like it was a great place to visit!

This property was wonderful! The bedrooms were nice size, the kitchen was well equipped. The master bedroom was very spacious. There were some items in the outdoor storage that we were able to take to the beach with us. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
