عدم احترام الخصوصيه في الغرف يتم المداهمه بدون سابق انذار او اتصال وسيتم محاسبتك على صابون الملابس الذي لا يوفره الفندق التأخر في توفير الطلبات لايوجد معجون اسنان ولا فرشاه ورائحة الصابون والشامبو سيئه تم اجبارنا على دفع مبلغ كبير مقابل خدش بسيط في التسريحه Lack of respect for privacy in the rooms. They are raided without prior warning or communication. You will be charged for laundry soap, which the hotel does not provide. Delay in providing requests. There is no toothpaste or brush, and the smell of soap and shampoo is bad. We were forced to pay a large sum for a small scratch on the hairstyle

I enjoyed the “living” concept. Simply, you get an apartment with day to day cleaning/room service. Staff is very keen to keep you happy during your stay.

Some equipment did not properly work in our room (TV, airco remote). Though, staff is always come with a solution if you raise any problem. Hotel does not offer any alcholic beverages. You need to buy your own outside.

Es war die reinste Hölle. Ich werde dagegen angehen. Da. Das Hotel total leer war wurde null geheizt. Ich hab jeden Tag anrufen müssen , damit sie heizen. Und wenn sie gezeigt haben hatte es 40 grad im Zimmer. Wir hatten keine Tassen und Gläser. Auf Kundenwünsche wurden nie eingegangen. Durch das kalt warm kalt warm wurden wir alle krank. Nachts konnten wir wegen der Hitze nicht schlafen morgens und tagsüber sind wir gefroren. Geputzt wurde einfach nur damit es ungefähr so aussieht. Für Besuch haben sie extra Geld verlangt wir unverschämt obwohl wir unseren Besuch vorher angekündigt hatten wollten sie zusätzlich noch Ausweis von den Besuchern. Spa Bereich war komplett abgeschaltet da niemand das Hotel besucht. Es ist eine abgelegene Horrorbude. Bleibt von dem Weg!

لايوجد منشر للغسيل والاثاث مخيط وقديم الاريكا موظف الاستقبال لايبتسم ولا له صدر رحب للاسف يمكن لان احنا عرب للاسف

خدمة الغرف لايتكلمون الانجليزي ولا يفهمون ابدا الرسبشن لايرد على الهاتف ويتاخر بالطلب اي طلب وعنده القدوم تاخير في استلام الغرف وموظف الاستقبال لايبتسم لماذا لا اعلم

The place is very clean, spacious and comfortable, and the staff is cheerful, helpful and quick to respond.

Noisy in some rooms because there is no soundproofing.

فندق متواضع بخدماته لا يوفر اي نوع من الرفاهيه حتى الاشياء الاساسية مثل الاحذية القطنية و فرش الاسنان وبعيد جدا من المناطق السياحية و معزول عن المواصلات اذا احتجت تكسي تضطر تمشي حق ربع ساعه موقع الفندق داخل منطقة صناعية بالقرب من مرمى زبايل و مدخل الفندق ضيق جدا حتى السائق الخاص متضايق لا يستطيع الانتضار أمام الباب داخل الفندق راح يأتيكم عامل النظافه و يطلب تقييم ممتاز على اي اساس لا أعلم المناشف رديئة و التنظيف عادي من غير اي اجتهاد و المناديل اطلبها منهم بالطلب لا يوفروه من تلقاء نفسهم والادها و الأمر عند الخروج بدأ العامل و موظف الاستقبال بالكلام مع بعضهم بصوت خفي و ادعوا ان كاوية الملابس في عطل بسبب عدم نوفر غطاء فتحت الماء مع العلم بأننا لم نستخدمه الا قليل من غير ما نضع ماء في الاساس وتم خصم مبلغ 50 دولار من التأمين من غير عمل اي محضر او ورق أوقع عليه لكن ما اقول غير حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

Персонал приветливый, сделали бесплатное повышение категории номера. Приятно. Чистые номера с посудомоечной машиной, стиральной машиной.

Завтрак можно улучшить, хотелось бы добавить на завтрак овсяную кашу. Вид из окна днем на стройку, но это было не важно.

The hotel shuttle service was of great help, got to roam around some places. Rooms are spacious and got welcoming and departing goodies which was a unique treat and highly appreciable.

The location could have been better with easier access to places. Communication in English was a problem with reception, had to call couple of times to make them understand the need. Breakfast options needs to be improved at least with free cappuccino.

На первый взгляд чисто ))), приветливый персонал

Постельное ! застелили пододеяльник с неотстиранными пятнами крови!!! Причем положили вниз этой стороной, что мы обнаружили только на утро!!!! Платный завтрак в 30 евро! Причем по выселению, взяли и с ребенка 30 евро, хотя говорили, что с ребенка 15 евро!

The hotel was really clean and nice the stuff at the reception was really helpful (anil and mustafa and the other boys were so kind and helpfull) but the restaurant side wasn't really good the food at the restaurant wasn't as good as it should be.

Big modern Appartement.

The location is catastrophic. Rundown area and there is literally nothing. Receptionist surley and not caring. Had a non-smoking room smelling like an ashtray. I said I can't stay there. No solution, no help. Only I can check out but it's a non cancel policy. Tough luck. Aweful! The heating in the room was going like crazy. I turned everything down but the regulation didn't work. So window open only a little and had to be open all the time, which is loud. The hotel is next to a motorway!

الموظفين في الاستقبال غير متعاونين نهائياً. وغير احترافيين. حيث طلبت في الحجز بفترة كافية ان تكون الشقتين متجاورة في نفس الطابق. وعند الوصول رفض موظفين الاستقبال عمداً تلبية رغبتي وتم ابعاد الشقتين عن بعضها بفارق 6 ادوار. أوصي ايضاً بجلب مناشف و فوط خاصة معكم. لان موظفين الفندق يتعمدون تقديم المناشف المتهالكة والسيئة والقديمة للنزلاء العرب.

نظافة المكان، حسن التعامل، الافطار الفندق يوفر خدمة نقل لبعض الاماكن الحيوية

بعد المكان…. يجب على من يسكن فيه أن يكون مستأجر سيارة ليقود بنفسه او يكون متعامل مع شركات سياحية بسائق خاص. يقع الفندق في حي سكني فإذ كنت تبحث عن إطلالة فالفندق لايناسبك. انصح باخذ غرفة في الأدوار العلوية.

اتمنى أن لا يتم إلزام العميل بدفع تأمين مسبق 100 دولار وان يتم إعادة النظر بالاسعار لأنها مرتفعه نوعا ما

It is a modern building, with very good and comfortable apartments. However, the balcony door was not working well, we had to ask to fix this several times. The location is not bad, yes it is not a downtown, however, there are local cafes and shops around where prices are very cheap and you can buy all you need to get by. The breakfast is really good, there is a large choice of food. The personal is very helpful and friendly. The gym and pool are really good and well equipped. You need to ask for kitchen cookware right at the time of you checking in, if you do not ask they will not bring it to you.

The three-bedroom apartments location is not really good, especially the ones on a lower level, like floor 4, the view is not nice, also there are two dogs in front building, they are living in a terrace and barking all day long, at night and early morning. This doesn’t make your stay comfortable there…. I highly do not recommend to book 3 three-bedroom apartments or book only one which is located on the highest floor. On our second week of staying we were able to move to apartments on floor 10, it made our stay bit better, as the view is better, but ai-conditioning system was not working well either. The air-conditioning system is horrible, it’s really not working well, it’s always hot in the apartment, especially on the living room with these large windows, the temperature is going up to 31-32 Celiacs degrees. We stayed there for 2 weeks and paid almost $5k which is too much for these apartments. Sometimes you had to ask personal the same thing 3-4 times to make them do something about it, which is bit annoying. The hotel restraint is very much overpriced, we’ve order one time there and it is way to expensive, you better go to cafes in front of the hotel and buy same food 5 times cheaper and better.

Top hotel met hele vriendelijke personeel. Kamers waren echt schoon en onderhouden. Enige minpunt is dat het binnen zwembad te koud was om lekker te zwemmen. Daar heb ik geen gebruik van kunnen maken.
