About this condo rental
Situated in Canmore, this attractive condo for $391 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The outdoor heated Swimming pool, hot tubs and gym are now open. Comfortable one bedroom condo with two beds, in-suite laundry and views of outdoor pool area. After a day of fresh mountain air, come home to enjoy the outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, fitness room or sit on our balcony to take in the mountain views. This mountain retreat is well located; 3 minute drive or 12 min walk to downtown and trails by the Bow River; Private BBQ grill, Fireplace, Underground Parking and 24 Hours Front Desk available. Good for longer stays! Plus, Park Pass! The features you will enjoy while your staying: The KITCHEN is furnished with stainless steel appliances (full fridge, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker), and high style 4 seat dining table, it’s all ready for you to whip up homemade delights if you feel like staying in. There is a gas barbecue on the balcony if you feel like cooking outside. We have an array of cooking utensils, cooking sauces and cleaning supplies, as well a limited selection of some general beverage items (starter pack). The LIVING AREA offers creature comforts, including a cozy gas fireplace, tv (with Netflix), books, yoga mat and board games. The queen sized sofa-bed accommodates two people. The BEDROOM comes complete with a king sized bed, tv (with Netflix), alarm clock with charging port, wireless charger , clothes hangers, and suitcase stands. An iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack are stored in the closet. The BATHROOM comes with complementary toiletries, as well as towels, hairdryer and make up mirror. An IN SUITE WASHER & DRYER is provided, equipped with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. An AIR SANITIZER is provided for your choice to turn it on or off to protect you and your loved ones. There is HEATED UNDERGROUND PARKING available for your first vehicle, and street parking for any additional vehicles. There are bike racks and ski storage lockers in the heated underground parking lot; please bring your own locks (available first come first serve). This condo is strictly NO SMOKING ($450 fine and unfavorable review). Damage Deposit of $280.00 will be automatically reimbursed 7 days after check-out, once no damage to the unit has been reported. No pets allowed ($200 fine and $85 per night will be charged if bringing pets) Guest access provided to: - 24 hour reception desk for check-in - heated outdoor pool - 3 hot tubs - fitness room - BBQ area - underground secure, heated parking, easy access to the suite - free on-street parking Please note there is one surveillance camera facing each of the hot tubs and the pool.

My partner and I needed to get away, leaving all responsibility behind for a few days. This spot in Canmore was the perfect choice for that. It was clean, bright and well furnished. I especially appreciated the pour over coffee maker and filters, as I had forgotten ours. Hiking and shopping during the day, eating out and playing games in front of the fire when we got in is just what was needed. Thanks Lilia!

We had a great time here! Awesome location in Canmore— we walked to restaurants and the downtown area every night. Easy parking in an underground lot. The place was clean and had a good amount of kitchen supplies, towels, etc. Very easy drive to Banff. The only thing that was not ideal for us was being right across from the outdoor pool; it was very loud up until 10pm when the pool closes. Not a big deal though if you aren’t going to bed early or you are staying in the winter.

We traveled to Canmore as a home base for our Canadian Rockies trip. Lille’s place was absolutely perfect. We loved the balcony overlooking the mountains, the close proximity to downtown Canmore, locked parking, comfy bed, well stocked kitchen supplies, laundry, hot tub and mostly how cozy and welcoming the apartment was. Lillie was so quick to respond to our messages if we had any questions. She was kind and helpful. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a day full of hiking and biking. We felt safe and were able to completely relax in her lovely home. It was also very clean!

We really enjoyed our stay, except that we lost the water when we were about to take a shower since we had a brunch. The owner did not inform us since she did not know. Also, there is a fireplace but it is not functional. However, we had a great stay, thanks to the owner, she was there when needed, she replied quite fast.

We are a family of three including a teen age daughter and we found this unit excellent for our needs. The unit was super clean and well stocked with condiments, coffee, etc. Lilia checked in on us after we had arrived to make sure things were ok and was prompt to respond when we had a question.
It was important to us to have a nice home base during our family vacation to the mountains and this unit certainly was all of that.
Would love to stay in this unit again if we get back to the area.

We immensely enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was well-appointed and well-maintained. The facilities were really nice (my daughter especially enjoyed the hot tub). This location in Canmore is close enough to everything to be walkable and is a manageable drive to Banff. In short, this spot was perfect for our vacation. :)

We loved our stay in Canmore. This suite has everything you need and is in a perfect location to walk to many different areas including main street Canmore. Many restaurants are close by so you did not need to drive unless you wanted to go far out like the Three Sisters area or Banff.
The unit comes with some much information about the area and includes a park pass (if required). We will definitely be back as our stay was perfect.

This unit was exceptionally clean, well outfitted for comfort and nicely decorated in every room. The kitchen was well equipped for two people and the fridge and cupboards had a supply of condiments and staples and a nice selection of coffee and tea available. Everything is in perfect working order throughout the unit. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub even though the air outside was chilly. The owner was very prompt in responding to messages and made us feel like valued guests. We would stay here again!

We stayed over Christmas time in this very clean and lovely condo (private ownership) equipped with everything you need. A good/comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Balcony with a mountains view. Parking garage. The pool and three hot tubs were great option to relax. Great location. Owner was very nice, helpful and responded immediately to our messages. She surprised us with Christmas decorations in this condo. This was really thoughtful of her. We will recommend this place and especially this specific condo to everyone.

Very clean well appointed condo. The place was very well supplied (coffees, creamers, laundry soap, cozy blankets, games, books) and we felt that we were staying in someone’s home. This unit is in a large (quiet and respectful) complex, with pool and multiple jacuzzis, and a great location in Canmore - roughly 20 minutes from downtown Banff. Lilia was very responsive to all our inquiries. We’d highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

We had a great time here. Everything was as advertised. Our only small surprise was the underground parking can get a little tight for a full size pickup if it is really full. Everything else was well kept and comfortable! We would love to stay here again if it works out in the future.
