Our luxurious 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condo is a perfect place to unwind, leave your worries home and experience an unforgettable Kauai vacation. THE CONDO We recently bought this extravagant 1438 square foot condo located in a private resort with two pools and hot-tubes. Each of the three bedrooms is very spacious. We fell in love with the high ceilings, spacious floor plan, garden views and we hope you will too! Best of all, there's no missing out on the action. The condo's location provides easy access to the pool and BBQ area, and the beach is an easy 5 minute walk away. Located on the second floor, our condo feels very private and you don't need to worry about noises coming from upstairs. Stay cool with central air or open up the sliding doors and enjoy a soft breeze on the balcony. We provide the pool and beach toys so you can focus on the fun! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS · Master suite has a king size bed, master bath has double sink and a shower/bathtub combination · 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The second full bathroom features a walk-in shower and is located across the hallway · 3rd bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed. Private powder room is adjacent. This room is a loft with open walls to the living room. FAMILIES If you are visiting with small children, we hope you will enjoy the travel baby crib, changing pad, kid-friendly utensils, sand toys, beach chairs and beach umbrella. LOCATION Stroll down the lush greenbelt to Kauai's best beaches (Brennecke's Beach, Poipu Beach Park and Shipwrecks Beach) Located in the heart of Poipu, you can spend the day snorkeling, swimming, exploring the tide pools and watching the sea turtles, or if you prefer, just relax at home on your lanai and work on your tan. Self-parking is complimentary. Please note that this condo has been recently updated! The carpet and wall paint has been updated as well. All bedrooms will have the same wall color and carpet as can be seen on the living room photos.

The condo offered an ideal location from which to snorkel and tour the Poipu Beach area. The three sleeping areas were perfect for our family of 6. The condo book was very helpful in suggesting activities and restaurants in the area.

The condo was so clean, it made for an amazing first impression. It has some beautiful wooden furniture. It is close to the pool and hot tub. We loved our morning walks to the beach. There were beach chairs, snorkels, boogie boards, umbrellas and even a cooler. We would stay here again.

Very nice property with easy walk to Poipu beach for swimming and snorkeling. Perfect for our family with older kids, they could come and go to the beach as they wanted to.

Perfect getaway with our family of 5. Close to the beach either walking or a few minute drive. The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious, had a well stocked kitchen and had boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas. The owners were great and very responsive. I’d definitely stay here again! Also if you play tennis bring your racket and balls, there are plenty of courts and pickleball courts as well. I sadly didn’t bring my racket, but next time I will!

My family and I were in Kauai for a month and stayed here that whole time. We found the unit to be very comfortable. It’s about a ten minute walk to Poipu beach and a few restaurants which was nice. The unit is spacious, comfortable and very quiet. We would for sure stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The fans and air conditioning worked great. The condo is very close to one of the three pools you have access to. It is a very easy, less than 10 minute, walk to beach. It was a great stay.

We were wowed from the start. Property was very clean and beds were comfortable! We liked have two king bedrooms. Close to beach less than 5 miles away. Perfect for family too. Don’t pass this up. Great place to stay!

A great experience. We didn’t know anything about the island so we rented blind. This property is so clean and a great space! Comfortable beds, great games and books at the condo. Beach items were great! Be sure to park within the lines in the parking lot or you will certainly have some older folks letting you know…:) haha. But no big deal. You can walk to the beach but it isn’t right out there door…we walked it most days and it is really pretty close! There are four beaches To choose from and we found they really are the best on the island for the winter months. And none were too busy!! Hosts checked in multiple times even though they didn’t need to. Thanks!

This was a wonderful place to meet our Alaska family! Short walk to the beaches! We enjoyed sunrise and sunset, turtles, dolphins, chickens, swimming pool and lovely walks on beautiful resort grounds.

Condo was clean and spacious provided all the water toys we needed for snorkeling boogie boarding and chairs and umbrella. Property is close to the pool nice hot tub and bbqs. I would have liked to have been closer to the beach. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach which is located on the Hyatt resort. Over all it was a good stay.

The condo was very comfortable, well-appointed and well located place to celebrate my 60th birthday. Ulrika, our hostess, was quick to respond to questions. We like to cook and there was plenty of pots, pans and assorted tools for any and all meals. The walk to the beach was easy and fast (10 minutes to Brenneckes and 12 minutes to Poipu). There were beach supplies for four that we used. Check in and out was quick and easy. There's a great fresh fruit and veggie stand across the street I highly recommend. A perfect place for family, friends. Anyone looking for a comfortable place to enjoy Kauai.

Very satisfied with our time spent at this vacation property! Our week long family vacation on Kauai was very comfortable thanks to Tim and Dominika's clean and comfortable condo. It was well stocked with kitchen necessities and beach/pool toys. The location is perfect: next to a pool, short walk to several beautiful beaches (poipu beach is spectacular for safe swimming, snorkeling, and watching turtles and seals!), and shops/restaurants. If we are lucky enough to visit this area again, we will absolutely seak out this listing!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property. We traveled with our teens (ages 15 and 18) and my mother and everyone was happy. For anyone that's planned a trip with several generations of family, you understand that it's very difficult to please everyone. The layout of the condo was perfect and we had plenty of space to spread out when needed. We were provided with everything we needed (extra beach towels, chairs) and more (laundry and dishwasher detergent). It was a short walk to several beaches and my favorite indulgence, Puka Dog. I'd have no hesitation recommending this property to friends and family and would absolutely book again,

We enjoyed all of Kauai from this location and loved the quick access to the greenbelt and Poipu Beach when we were at the condo. The condo was clean and roomy and fully equipped. We loved the beach closet! Thank you for a great vacation home!

We loved this condo -- very clean, organized, and in a wonderful location. It was a lovely walk (10 min) each morning to see the sunrise/sea turtles/monk seals at Poipu, and a short drive to the Hyatt/Shipwreck Beach hike. There were lots of extras such as beach chairs and equipment. Owners communicated quickly about any questions. We plan to return and stay here again!

Everyone was delighted with the unit when we arrived. Son-in-law loved the sectional in the living room so everyone could be together. Granddaughters enjoyed their bedroom with the two twins, we luxuriated in the master suite. Everything was delightful, especially the windows, which caught the trade winds. We noticed other units who seemed to grapple without the air circulation. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed as was the "beach" closet with chairs, snorkel equipment and boogie boards. There were sufficient fans (both ceiling and stand alone) to keep us cool. Thanks for a memorable vacation.

My husband, 4 children, and I spent over a week in this lovely vacation home. It was well equipped with everything you need for a perfect getaway. Had beach towels and chairs, boogie board and coolers. Many kitchen utensils and baking dishes. The washer & dryer was incredibly convenient as was the dishwasher. We did have a couple of questions during our stay and received helpful responses from both the property manager and property owner. All the beds were very comfortable and the cool breeze through the windows at night allowed us to all to sleep well, much better than we expected. The short and well manicured path to the beach was excellent, allowed us a little extra time to take in the scents and sights of the beautiful blooming plumerias, banana trees and other island trees/plants.... Not to mention the opportunity to spot lizards, geckos and colorful birds along the way. If you're traveling with a family this is really a great choice of place to stay!! Awesome memories :)
