This unit hosts sweeping panoramic ocean views, the West Maui Mountains, and the most beautiful sunsets all year long. Watch the whales from your lanai while you have your morning coffee (while in-season). In addition, Leinaala Oceanfront #304 offers an oceanfront pool and tennis courts (public) in front of the condo. Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights. This updated unit can sleep up to four occupants with a newly purchased sofa bed (April 2021) and a new King Bed (April 2021) and Smart TV (June 2021) in the master bedroom. Keep cool during the warm summers with the powerful split system air-conditioning units, there are also ceiling fans throughout the unit for those who simply prefer the cool trade winds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals during your stay and with the open-concept you can keep your eyes on the ocean as you prepare your meals! The condo was was equipped as we cooked many meals at the property. The view from the lanai was just superb.

Condo was clean and nicely decorated with an unobstructed view of the ocean. There is an elevator however we just used the stairs. Parking spot is a bit tight, so if you had a big rig, may take some adjusting between the lines and the two cars parked next to you. We had a full size Nissan Altima. Not really sure where you can park on the street if needed. Other than that, Maui Rentals (Tony) was very supportive when we accidentally locked the screen door so locked ourselves out. Fortunately the Condo Office had a key (don’t lock the screen door). Didn’t hear much slamming of the doors as one or so mentioned, nor others talking other than when sitting outside on the lanai, but if you are a light sleeper you may hear flip flops running down the stairs. Pickleball didn’t start until 8:00 am and really was not bothered by it, could hardly hear amongst the ocean waves and some wind. Walking to restaurants/ shops ~15 minute walk. There is a side street which would be safer than walking S Kihei Rd (walk towards the park parking lot) and/or catch an Uber. Overall, great spot, would recommend! Mahalo!

Exceeded our expectations. Unit was clean with modern decor, fronting a public park that provided unobstructed views of ocean and West Maui mountains. Balcony is fully walled, offering 100% privacy wrt neighbors next door/above/below. Numerous accessories provided inside (kitchen utensils) and out (beach toys). Two wifi access points mean no weak signals. Finally.... the secure screen door means you can get an amazing, continuous cross-breeze throughout. Heaven!

The view from the patio was incredible and the place was very cute and clean. While we had a parking spot guaranteed, the spot was a little small for the car we had rented and it was difficult to get in. Inside the room, the AC was nice, it does make a noise at night however.

Great vacation rental! Condo and grounds were well maintained and very tidy. Location was amazing. Walk directly out to a sand beach and swim in the ocean. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Condo had everything we needed; fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, buckets and scoops for the kid, beach towels, etc. We will stay here again.

The condo was a great lil spot for our honeymoon. Very clean, Mickey decorated. AC and fans to help keep the place cool although we preferred just having the slider open to the lanai to let the fresh air in and listen to the ocean waves. Short walk to the beach. Everything you need to cook, make coffee, bed was comfy, all we needed was supplies. Boogie boards, beach chairs etc were appreciated. Neighbors staying in unit next door were very loud very early in the morning but that’s nothing to do with this unit. They just didn’t have a filter in their voices at 6am lol. Would stay here again in a heart beat. On-site manager was very polite and even gave us freshly picked papaya and checked to see how we were doing.

The rental was wonderful for our extended family vacation. We stayed in 5 units for every family group and we ALL loved it! The property was beautiful, steps from the beach and green space. Our unit included boogie boards, which the kids loved. We loved watching the sunset every night from the lanai, or from the walk on the beach. Leaving the property to get onto the main Kihei road is tricky because of where the entrance wall is located, it's hard to see around. But drivers here are patient and kind.

The apartment was exactly what we needed for a week long stay in Maui. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, plenty of fans (we turned off the ac), perfect location and nice grounds with access to the ocean. The bonus was the elevator since one of us couldn't use the stairs. We couldn't have been happier with everything.

Wow. What an amazing property. My husband and I only stayed here 3 nights, but could’ve moved in! I truly felt like someone’s house guest. The property and accommodations were amazing. All newly renovated with a very comfortable bed, all the kitchen ware needed and full size appliances. Lots of coolers, beach chairs and towels. The location and view is RARE for Kihei. Not many oceanfront properties with spacious lawn. The a/c was very efficient and kept us cool. This was a bit higher than we wanted to pay, but SO WORTH IT! We will return!! Five Stars all the way!!

This property is fabulous! The location is great. The condo was extremely clean and the view is breathtaking. We loved the extras like Keurig single cup coffee maker, Tupperware for leftovers, boogie boards, beach towels and chairs were a great added bonus. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location, amazing view, comfortable bed! One note - the walls are thin by the bedroom so you can hear neighbors if they’re in the hall, but everyone was respectful of quiet hours.

We were supposed to stay at this condo for 3 nights. But we ended up leaving after the first night. The condo was dirty and the bed had multiple black hair stands and yellow stains on the sheets and mattress. The A/C units also took a really long time to turn on. The next morning I tried to contact manger on site but could not get ahold of anyone or find anyone to help.

It was the perfect stay! Great location and everything you need in the apartment. Only thing was the walls were pretty thin and we had a pretty rowdy group next door to us, nothing earplugs didn’t fix.

Great spot for the view, but not for direct beach access for swimming (so if your looking for this- not your spot) Overall everything was great! Bed was comfy and the kids did not complain of the sofa bed. We did have a small tech issue with one of the blinds that did not work. They sent a company to check it- we came home to a bunch of wires hanging from the shade which was a bit concerning since we had a 5 year old. Don’t get me started on the “property managers” who I’m sorry are older people who seem to think they live in a retirement community! You have families who are staying on the complex- the whole shut off of the laundry is disaster! Also, my husband who is a dark skinned Mexican man especially when he gets lots of sun was questioned as to why he was on the property- this really pissed me off. This was the only down fall of the property is the on-site management. Not to mention while I was washing an older man came up to in front of my teenager and said you know the rules? Machines turn off at 9pm- and when your done make sure you turn off the light! I clearly read the post that are ALL over and stated to him I understand- I know how to read. He didn’t say anything and said okay, I’m just letting you know, I’m the manager. Okay- thanks! This is truly my one and only complaint- those two people who are “managers” did not make us feel comfortable.

Be sure to wear water shoes and you’ll be fine. The apartment was clean and comfy, with AC both in the bedroom and living room. The building has an elevator, with laundry on the main floor. You can load money on an app to pay for the washer and dryer rather than worrying about quarters.

The only complaint I have is that you cannot operate the air conditioning in the living room and bedroom at the same time. It is one or the other. Fine if only the bedroom is being used for sleep. Not fine if people are also sleeping in the living room.
