The completely updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher. Convenient in-house washer and dryer available for extended stays. Note to guest: 1) We do charge for extra guests after the second guest. That includes guest of any age. No unregistered guests allowed unless discussed with owner. 2) Air conditioner minimum temperature is 72 Fahrenheit. All units have new air conditioners. But the red brick walls have no insulation and during the hot weather if the air conditioner is pushed too hard, it will create blocks of ice inside it then quit working until the ice melts. This problem only happens if temperatures are set below 70 F, so we limit it to 72 F.
