Also known as “The Family Beach,” Holden has a long history of local families developing and serving the community. Recognized as a top beach by USA Today, and one of National Geographic Traveler’s Magazine top 10 family beach destinations, Holden Beach is the perfect destination for your next vacation. Lone Palm has fantastic ocean views! It is a two minute walk to a beautiful park, basketball courts, ice cream and coffee shops as well as restaurants. PROPERTY DETAILS This property comes fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. There are 5 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms for a total of 7 bathrooms. Amenities begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 8 cars. There is a private pool and tiki bar, equipped with a large outdoor TV. You will also find a ping pong table located in the poolside area, as well as an outdoor shower! Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. Each mattress consists of premium hybrid memory foam. The first floor has a pool table, sleeper sofa and wet bar, the second floor also has a large open living area and a convenient wet bar. The home features large quartz countertops and an oversized island in the kitchen. Altogether this property includes two full sized refrigerators, two ice makers and two beverage refrigerators. This house is very spacious, with an extra large 12ft dining table and enough seating to accommodate 22 people. The kitchen and bars are well stocked for cooking and entertaining a large group. For your convenience, the elevator goes to all floors. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes multiple coffee makers, a Keurig and a propane gas grill. Additionally, this home comes with (8) beach chairs and (2) coolers for you and your party to utilize at your leisure. All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS First Floor- Room 1: King Room 2: Queen Room 3: Two sets of Twin Bunk Beds Room 4: Queen, Queen The den area includes a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a Queen premium memory foam mattress. Second Floor- Room 5: King Room 6: Queen Room 7: 1 Queen & 1 Bunk IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pets are not permitted at this property. Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30. Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach property. Outdoor perimeter security cameras are in place for the safety of the property. There are no cameras inside the property. Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance! We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you up to 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay. We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers up to 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out. Free Wifi

Everything was perfect about this home- The layout, the location, the amenities and the decore. It was the best place for our family to bond and enjoy our annual beach trip. We would love to come back again next year!

We rented this house with family & friends, a total of 18 people - adults and kids. It was incredible! The house was so well stocked with kitchen gadgets, more than enough plates, cutlery, coffee pots, etc. Lots of beach chairs, sand toys, a wagon, pool floats. Location is perfect, so close to restaurants. I wish here was a closer public beach access, but the walk isn't bad at all. Everyone in our group loved this home.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Everything about the property was awesome and it wasn’t that far of a walk to the beach. The owners thought of everything and provided so many amenities such as chairs, balls, etc. we lived the pool and table to have dinner outside. The only mistake we made was rent through VRBO. If you want to stay here go directly to Stellar Realty. You will save some $ and not have to pay the Vrbo fee.
