Nestled in Penticton, this charming house for $328 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Eight minute walk to the beach! Relax and enjoy in our brand new townhouse and take advantage of all of its amenities. Perfectly situated within walking distance from Okanagan beach, the Farmer's Market, Main Street, the KVR trail, restaurants, breweries and more, come and see what Penticton has to offer from an upscale, bright and comfortable home. We look forward to hosting you and sharing all that our amazing city has to offer! The space: Our home comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 3 queen beds and new Silk and Snow Hybrid mattresses. On the main floor, there is a living room, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a half bathroom. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with walk in closet, queen bed, dresser, 2 night stands and full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser and nightstand. The third bedroom has a queen bed and night stand. We have installed blackout blinds as well as regular blinds in all bedrooms to ensure a good night’s sleep for our guests. Downstairs, there is a patio with a dining set and BBQ, desk, living room and big screen TV offering Netflix, Prime and Disney. We have Telus SmartHome security and we will give you a passcode that unlocks the door and the security system prior to your stay. Entering this code into the door lock will automatically disarm the security system. This code will be active throughout the duration of your stay. Our home will be professionally cleaned between stays. Please note: this is a NO PETS NO SMOKING home. Guest access: There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house. Other things to note: We provide Starbucks coffee, tea, olive oil, sugar, salt and pepper, and other spices for a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide beach towels, a wagon and an umbrella for your beach days. There are games in the downstairs bookshelf. A travel crib and high chair are available upon request.

Very clean and modern home. Well equipped with everything you might Miriam was a fantastic host- she was incredibly responsive and knew I was coming with my 3 and 5 year old and left recommendations for a fabulous kid- friendly winery 10/10 recommend. Just beware- some hills to traverse if you like walking

We so enjoyed our 6-week stay here in Penticton! This rental was stocked with all the furnishings and appliances you’d need for a long term stay (more than most) and it was walking distance to some of the town’s best breweries and walking trails. Wonderfully comfortable and convenient. Miriam was also an excellent host. Already planning our return!

A beautifully decorated new, three level townhouse. Miriam has good interior design taste. Checking in & out was so easy, using a code sent to us a few days before arriving. But you need to get used to using steps to go from the TV in the bottom level to the bedrooms at the top level. Would have enjoyed a TV in the middle level, Would thoroughly recommend though.

This new, modern, clean and air-conditioned townhouse has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs; kitchen, dining, living room and powder room on the main floor and a finished walk-out lower level that can be used as office space or family hangout. The sliding doors on the lower level open onto patio seating and a barbecue. We enjoyed being within walking distance of restaurants, cafés and the beach! Parking is on the driveway in front of the townhouse and there is a keypad for the lock. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, but it’s also very accessible to key streets and a multi-purpose pathway along the nearby creek. One morning, we woke up to a doe and fawns having their breakfast in the yard across the street. And one of the neighbours has a very friendly cat who also offered some great Penticton hospitality. The property is also close to the Kettle Valley Railway trail which we used for running and cycling, discovering vineyards and small shops and fruit stands along the way. We wish that we could have spent more time there!

An extremely clean and tastefully decorated townhouse. The location is excellent - just steps from the KVR - although lots of steps. I enjoyed running and cycling and visiting the book shop and coffee shop downtown. We also enjoyed walks along the waterfront. All in all an excellent stay. Everything was as promised and Mariam was very quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for our Okanagan adventure. I only wish we had spent more time here. The house is spacious, and more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures suggest. Mariam was a gracious host who allowed us to enter the property a few hours early for our convenience. I highly recommend this rental!

We had a great experience staying here! Everything was easy from booking to arriving, and the home is new and very clean. We loved the location—a short walk to The Bench and to Main street, but it isn't as super central if you want to be right near the beach. We would 100% stay here again.

We had such a nice vacation. The townhouse was immaculate and beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. We slept comfortably and enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen. We also enjoyed walking to town, just a short distance!

The property was exactly as advertised. Was a perfect home for my family for the 2 weeks we spent in Penticton. Miriam was a great host and responded to any questions instantly. Location was an easy walk or bike ride down to the beach or a short drive to some amazing vineyards. We will definitely be back!!!

This newly built townhouse suited us perfectly. Lots of indoor space, very clean and really appreciated the upstairs laundry! Kitchen was modern and had everything we needed. Outdoor space is limited but it didn't matter for our stay.

This property was exactly as described. Beautiful and clean, the beds were very comfortable. The AC was a blessing as we were there during the heat wave at the end of June 2021. Miriam was a quick phone call away when we couldn't figure out the door code access. The complimentary coffee and wines were very much appreciated. Very close to the beaches and wineries and some great breweries too. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Penticton.
