About this condo rental
***Must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying the whole time.*** Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in. The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo. But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day. This 7th floor unit is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, access to the balcony, double doors and has its own private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate tub. The master bath also comes with dual vanities. The second bedroom has a king size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has a pull out queen size couch. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook your favorite recipe or just heat up some mac and cheese for the kids. For the 2023 season there is a brand new fridge, dishwasher and range! This unit comes with full size washer and dryer in unit.

This was the perfect place for a week in PCB. The location was perfect and not crowded at all. It’s on my list for places I would stay again for sure.

Wonderful condo in a great location. Got to get family and soon to be family together to make memories. Had lots of fun. I recommend everyone who has a chance to stay. My only concerns were the showers and the balcony cleanliness!

The view from the balcony was beautiful, the room was so so nice and clean everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this place.

Bed was dirty and literally had dead bugs in it, along with a ton of hair. Place wasn't clean in general. Door handle just came off one of the doors. One of the outlets that had a lamp hooked up doesn't work. What appears to be mold all over the bathroom ceiling. I called once and was informed someone would replace my sheets that had hair and bugs, that never happened. I sent an email to the property manager and never head back. Condo was big and mostly nice, some updates are needed and the cleanliness was a big concern. Wouldnt recommend, especially for the price. Habe plenty of poctures of issues mentioned above for reference.

We were very pleased with the parking and checking in with codes for the door. Made it very easy. Condo had a beautiful view and cold air conditioning! And very hot water and pressure for a shower! Security also a plus. I liked knowing people in our building, had to know the codes to get in. Definitely would stay here again! ❤️

The condo was beautiful, exactly like the pictures. We felt very safe in the condo. Our only struggle was the parking for the second vehicle - which everyone doesn't have, but we got figured out the second day. Condo was perfect for our group of 7, everyone had their one space when needed.

The condo is spacious. Beautiful site. Location is great, centrally located. Not perfect the cleaning people need to really do a better job. And the owners need to review the job for up keep they are paying for.somethings need to be updated such as the patio furniture. One of the chairs is broke. And the garbage disposal is locked up. Overall its things that didn't matter with me and my wife.

Great location! Beautiful beach! Wi-Fi and TVs were a challenge the whole time and the condo floor and walls really needed to be cleaned.

Cleanliness lacking
It looked as though no one had even cleaned the room at all. Floors dirty, nail clippings in the shower and food crumbs in the sofa bed. An unopened Slim Jim snack was laying by the couch on the floor. Whoever is the cleaning service needs to be fired. If I owned the property, I would be ashamed to rent it to anyone if it's gonna be in that shape all of the time. Seems like the owner could invest in cleaning the upholstery on the couches at least one a year. The room itself was very spacious and roomy. The biggest I've stayed in. I woanuld stay again if they change cleaning companies. People need to take more pride in the way they clean.

Fridge wasn’t clean, no WIFI but I was charged for that ,smoking in building and balcony
It’s ok , but I wouldn’t stay again even I had spot to park ppl parking in there don’t want go leave , when I called them abt that problem they told me to park on overflow. Nobody cares:(

Location is great and parking is easy. The condo is nice but the floors need a deep cleaning under beds and furniture. The pool is not heated and very cold. Overall I would stay again because it is not too busy and the beach is perfect.

Arrived Saturday at 4 PM and left message with Emerald Coast about internet code, none of TVs working. No laundry room light and running toilet. Sunday two men came and got internet working. They said they would be back Monday because light in laundry would have to be ordered and the TVs needed cables. No one came Monday nor returned my calls. Tuesday a man showed up and fixed the toilet and bedroom TVs. The light in laundry would be a different person and the main room tv still needed a cord. We watched the final four at a restaurant Monday evening due to no working TV. We left Friday a day early with still no main room tv or laundry room light. Would not get a condo through Emerald Coast coast again.

The condo was very nice the view was nice rooms were all nice beds comfortable. Microwave didn’t work chairs on balcony broken and the lights in kitchen didn’t work. People came to fix the lights and replace microwave couldn’t find chairs for balcony. Pool not heated.

We had a wonderful time!
Overall experience was excellent! I'll stay here again if I am in PCB. The condo was beachfront property. I could hear the waves crashing at night from the master bedroom and saw dolphins from the balcony in the morning—also sunset in the evening. The place was clean; beds were comfy, great location, the management was responsive and helpful.

Great Property and Location
The property was in a great location and, generally, in good condition. The property was not cleaned properly before checking in but was tolerable after some of my own cleaning (which should not have been necessary). Beds were comfortable. Sofa ws NOT comfortable and could stand to be replaced. All in all, the stay was enjoyable. The Marisol property is GREAT overall.

The space in this condo was wonderful. The view, the porch, the new floors the cleanliness everything was A-OK. It was nice to have the chairs and umbrella on the beach! Fully equipped kitchen with ice maker was also great. The only thing I would change is the 9 digit door code. My parents could not remember the code and heck I had a hard time. Maybe if it at least rhymed. My parents had a hard time w all the remotes to the TVs and no batteries in a remote didn’t help. Also the code to the internet could be changed to something easier as well. However its a great place. Fix a few codes and supply batteries I’d give it a 100%
