Gulf Shores has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and they are located just steps away from Sea Breeze condos. This fun and affordable beach condo has all the conveniences of home with washer/dryer, granite countertops, tile flooring, two queen beds, and a sofa sleeper. Just around the corner is Pier 33 Convenience Store that has everything from A to Z. It is also just one mile from restaurants, shopping, live music, and entertainment for all ages! The Sea Breeze building has dedicated parking with upgraded security lighting and is equipped with two elevators that drop you off within a few steps of the front door of this condo. The beautiful pool area has plenty of seating, a gazebo where you can gather for a picnic with family and friends, and palm trees in the courtyard that give you the feeling of being in a tropical oasis! It's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway! Dedicated beach access(sand path) adds to the convenience of this great property. Come see for yourself! It was a nice condo. The only issues we had were that we had to buy a mop and cleaner. The bathroom had something sticky on the floor. Other than the initial cleaning and mopping we had a great time.

Our experience was great from start to finish. In a city where beach access and parking are difficult, having the dedicated access just across the street was a huge plus. Our family of 6 had a lot of gear to take to the beach, so we were grateful. It was a quick and easy walk back to the condo with the little ones for naps, snacks, etc. The pool was clean and a very welcome amenity. It is shaded in the afternoon. When we had a problem with our dishwasher on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, management sent a handyman within 45 minutes! Management was very accessible; guests can contact the office by text, email and phone day or night.The property is within walking distance of many restaurants. We ate at Bahama Bob's and Beli Deli, both pretty good.

In general, Sea Breeze is a nice location. The unit (#117) was not the greatest. Someone has tried to update this unit with paint and some fancy fixtures but it still needs a lot of improvement. The main problem we had was the lack of hot water. There was not enough water for 4 people to have a hot shower. Showers were luke warm at best. The showers were both dirty upon arrival but we reported that and someone came to clean them. Shower heads and other fixtures are corroded and tarnished and need replacing.

I was very nervous renting something from a picture. I don't have 1 complaint. From reserving the place till we checked out, it was better then expected. People were very nice. Great location for shopping, things to do and a convenient store within walking distance for the grocery item you forgot or just wanted to get a meal. It was clean and all the necessities you needed was there. If I ever go back, there is no doubt, this is where I will stay.

We were very please with the communication from Bender Realty with our recent beach vacation to Sea Breeze Condos. When we arrived to the condo after receiving our packet from Bender for unit #117 and it was as described in other comments, the unit was very clean, no maintenance issues with our unit and the a/c worked perfect but the bathrooms are small.

The condo was great. Everything we needed was there. We used the grills and pool. Beach access was easy to get to. Dealing with Bender was simple. We will return!!

Our condo was in a great location. The parking was lacking as we only had one spot and it was across the complex from our room. Also, there weren’t many dishes/ glasses. We were unable to find the bathtub stoppers to take a bath.
Though the beach access was a bit of a hike, The place was clean and conveniently located.

I was disappointed to some degree with this property. Although it was somewhat updated it was not very clean and I also felt as if the kitchen was ill equipped with no toaster and the bathrooms were not as clean as they could have been. The location was very good and I did enjoy the area very much. I think this could be a great place to stay if it was spruced up some. On a good note it was located right across from the beach and we overall enjoyed the trails.

Check-in experience was somewhat disorganized. We arrived a couple hours after our check-in time and located the place we were told packet would be at. Our packet was there, but there was no key or key code for access to the room. It was a good thing that management staff was still on site to get this for us. We arrived on a Saturday and the town was very busy, as was this complex. Parking is assigned and numbered according to the unit number, but there doesn’t seem to be any numbering system as all the spots are laid out randomly. Parking rules also don’t seem to be enforced despite the threat of your vehicle being towed according to our parking permit. We had to park in a different spot than our assigned spot for the first couple nights we were there due to someone else being parked in our numbered spot.
Our unit was ready for us when we arrived, however there was still a good amount of sand on the floors and dishes in the dishwasher. The unit overall was as pictured and furnished nicely.
We quickly found the beach access, which was just a short walk across the street, and made good use of that.
Overall, very pleased with our stay!

I think every condo is owned by different ppl. But 117 is awesome. Great location, parking space could’ve been closer to condo but overall this place is great
