Situated in Oranjestad, this attractive condo for $135 per night is a great option for your next break. The space We are renting our guest studio apt here in Aruba. It is located very close to the beach (a short 3 minutes’ walk), bus stop, and supermarkets (a 2 minutes’ walk). Basically, this unit is a stone throw from everything in Aruba. The studio has a full kitchen with 20" stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. It comes with a queen size bed, a private bathroom with hot water in the shower. On the premises are a coin operated washer and dryer, laundry lines, free Wi-Fi, a plunge pool with loungers for sun tanning and a large Palapel (covered area) as well as a Weber BBQ grill and beach cruiser bikes free of charge use. Within walking distance, we have IGA supermarket (Ling & Sons) for everything you might need for your stay. Ling & Sons is well stocked with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as a fresh bakery, butcher shop and fresh seafood department. In our neighborhood there are some (great) food places like The Kitchen (lunch), Wendy's, Tatami Sushi bar and Cinnabon all within 5 minutes’ walk. The newest entertainment/dinner option is Bochincaha. A container food court build a round a bar! Right around the corner there is a gym (My Fitness III), we also have a CrossFit box (Muscles & Lungs) at a short 8 minutes’ walk. The bus stop (Arubus) is within 3 minutes walking so no need to rent a car for your stay with us, however, you might want to rent a car for a day to explore everything Aruba has to offer. The beach across the road is called Druif Beach and it is the beach where the low-rise hotels are located like the Divi Dutch Village and The Tamarijn. All beaches on Aruba a re public so you can use any beach anywhere on the island. We provide additional services such as pick up/drop off service at the airport for $30. Karen and I are here to ensure your trip to Aruba and your stay at Stone Throw is a memorable and enjoyable one! Other things to note / house rules There is a high speed Wi-Fi network available to you: Network name: Italiestraat Wi-Fi Password is provided upon check in. Please turn off the exterior lights under the palapa after use. In the large wooden trunk, there is snorkel gear for you to use free of charge, at checkout please clean, dry your equipment and return to the trunk for future guests. The BBQ grill heats up very fast! If you happen to put food waste in the garbage can please ensure that you empty this in the dumpster outside the gate to avoid “garbage smell” in the common area. For the enjoyment of all our guests we would ask that: •Quiet time is between 10pm and 8 am •If you smoke - please empty your ashtray in the toilet by the laundry lines (and FLUSH!) •Please return the common area as you found it. Please make yourself at home at our apartments. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask at the office Please do not feed the cat/dog and let them in your apartment!

The pool and the free bikes to use are the cherry on top for this place. Truly incredible value staying here. Clean and comfortable, I would recommend staying here to anyone. Absolutely loved it and will be back.

I can't say enough about this property ! The host Rik is absolutely wonderful. Anything you need or any questions about the area, things to do, places to eat he is a wealth of knowledge. I stayed in the studio apartment as I was by myself and was fully equipped with anything you would need. Proximity to town, grocery store, and popular beaches was easily doable by bike or if you like to walk also doable. It's off the beaten path so extremely quiet. Half the time I felt like I was the only one there. The grounds are very cute, small pool, grill, if you need it , large outdoor dining table if you're a family and beach chairs, snorkel equipment including water shoes and boogie boards available. Can't say enough about this place

Rik and Karen were great hosts. Good communication, picked us up at the airport, gave us great tips on finding things to do. The place was walking distance to the beach and town. They also provided beach bikes to go further out. The small pool was a lovely way to cool down without walking to the beach. Our little apartment was perfect size and at a reasonable cost. We enjoyed our stay there.

My husband and I had a great experience in this place. Being our first time out of the country Rik made us feel very welcomed. We stayed there for 6nights. Everything was close and walking distance. There’s also an outside grill and we used it a lot. Rik would join us outside along with other travelers staying there. We met other people that came from other countries/states. Everyone was really nice and when we had any questions Rik would never hesitate to answer any of them. When we landed he gave us a small tour of a few places we should visit or eat at. This was very helpful since we like to explore and try new things. My favorite thing of his place was the pool. Thanks to Rik and his hospitality we had an amazing experience. If we ever go back to Aruba we would definitely stay at his place. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Rik and Karen were excellent hosts. Picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Had great neighbors in the other units and had full use of the amenities. When we didn't have a rental car, the bus line was a 5 minute walk for either downtown or the beaches. If we go back to Aruba, we'll definitely be staying here.

1st let me tell you it was a our 1st time to Aruba... It started when the host (Rik) pick us up at the airport and took us on a tour of the city advising us on the places to go and must sees. Then we get to the room, it was clean, modern and comfortable. Included in the price of the room were excess to bikes , beach chairs, coolers , snorkel gear, books and a Weber grill . The property has a great cocktail pool were the guests got together at night and shared a few laughs ... The property is not on the beach but it is only block away and it's an easy walk to town Rik and Karen not only help me get a rental car but took me the rental car office and waited to make sure I got the car .. Whatever My wife of I needed they were right to help out!!! We will definitely go back and we will be bringing friends!!!
