After you read the below information if you have any further questions do not hesitate to ask! :) The Bedroom - Offers A King Sized Bed (Memory Foam), Dresser, Night Stands, Stylish Décor, and A Flat Screen TV With Netflix The Living Room Area - Offers A Sofa, Coffee Table, and A Flat Screen TV With Netflix. The Dining Area - Offers A Table With Seating For Two. The Coffee Bar - offers a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2 bottles of water, complimentary coffee for your first day (4 K-Cups), paper towels, paper plates/bowels, plastic forks, spoons and knifes. This area provides space for drinks, left overs and the ability to store and prepare simple foods at home! Keep in mind this is not a full kitchen please view photos. (Does not include stove or sink) The Bathroom - Shower/Tub Combo, Vanity and Toilet The Laundry Room - Offers A Full Sized Washer and Dryer. There is a completely separate apartment upstairs. Your apartment is 100% private for you and not shared with anyone. The other apartment is also rented on Airbnb so feel free to reach out to us if you would like to rent both spaces! **There is an exterior security camera on this property. CHECK OUT AND CHECK IN: - Check In is at 4:00 PM. If our cleaners finish the home early we will send you the check in information as soon as the house is ready. We can not guarantee the home will be ready early or a specific check in time. Please plan accordingly! - Check Out is at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately in order to get the home ready for the next guest in a timely manor we are unable to accommodate any late check outs. In addition our cleaners do charge infraction fees if they need to wait on guests to leave past 10:00 AM FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: HOW FAR IS THE BEACH?- The beach is 4 blocks from the house so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street. There are several free parking beach accesses within a 2 minute drive. IS THERE A GRILL?- Unfortunately No. Due to wind we do not allow grills. WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?- Beach Towels- Additional coffee and paper products that you may need- Any additional items you may need that we do not provide

Excellent property. Exactly as described. Great location, walked to the sound for beautiful sunsets. Very clean and comfortable. Only suggestion, needs a curtain on door window. We placed a towel over it, creepy walking to bathroom past it at night. Tiny freezer needs defrosting. Was going to make tiny ice cubes for cocktails, couldnt. Would definitely stay again.

We decided to head to KDH for a long weekend to surprise our oldest daughter who is working there this summer. We wanted something close to her and everything that OBX has to offer. This cute, amazingly clean and perfectly located little place was wonderful! Very close to everything: restaurants, public beach accesses, Bay walking trail to catch those amazing sound-side sunsets and shops. If you aren't planning on staying in to cook any meals, this is your must go-to house! We will be back again! Thank you for such a great place to stay!

The Rose Hideaway is very cute, very comfortable and in a great location (Ashley's Espresso Parlor just up the road has fantastic coffee, and there's public parking on Hayman street for beach access). There are lots of thoughtful amenities that made our stay more enjoyable.

The attention to detail and cleanliness of the apartment was undeniable. Loved the decor, we had everything we needed and the property manager was responsive and timely. Would recommend for a quiet little getaway!

This was an adorable little lower apartment that had all the niceties and amenities. Internet was great, easy check-in, owners were communicative and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would return for sure! Also very easy to find and in a very good location.

Stayed here for the a beach weekend getaway and it was perfect! Owner was very responsive and communicated in a quick manner when needed. Unit is in located in a bottom so it got a little hot but besides that it was a great stay! Would definitely book again!

This place was a perfect getaway! It’s in a great location and was a perfect place to end the day after a long day of exploring Kitty Hawk. It’s a perfect combination of cozy and inviting. I would definitely come here again and highly recommend!

The property was okay. Our hostess was amazing, but that was the plus side. The pictures showed a laundry closet, but that was locked and not accessible. There was a small microwave and small refrigerator, more meant for a hotel room. There were steps in the house, which was not expected. Not exactly meant for someone with disabilities. Overall, a big disappointment for the cost, excluding the helpfulness of our hostess. She was amazing. She helped in any way she could.

Requested to speak directly over the phone with landlord to ask for remediation , they were unwilling to do so. I showed proof both video and photos and she was unwilling to accommodate any concession for the poor stay. My partner and I spent the last night huddled on the living room couch. Had to throw out many food items and are concerned for personal belongings. Owner tried to claim they were water bugs, I had to send photos of waterbug versus cockroach and still the landlord was unwilling to speak over the phone to resolve the complaint in a proper manner. Very disappointing, do not book here, it is clear they are not willing to practice business with humanity, and only care about money. They will not care to address your concerns.
