This PET FRIENDLY beach house is dressed with smart TV's in every bedroom, WIFI, fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and toaster; you just need food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer and separate laundry room. Linens will be provided for all beds including the sleeper sofa in the living room. Bath and beach towels are also provided as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket and cooler. Newly built heated pool with large swim shelf gives this house everything you need! This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions.
