Watch the SpaceX / Nasa Launches from your own backyard on the giant beach chair. This house is located in a quiet part of south Cocoa Beach, close to restaurants and surf shops. The house was totally renovated with all new furniture, bedding, linens, towels and kitchen utensils for your enjoyment. This is the perfect place for large families and or family reunions in famous Cocoa Beach. No passport required.

Excellent access to beach. Loved the firepit and big chair. Saw two rocket launches. Great time.

The location of the property was fabulous. The ocean access wonderful.
The electricity is very iffy. The game room is non funtional.
We tried to make sure everything was plugged in but one of the outlets was putting off sparks. The hot water takes a long time to warm. No icemaker. No extra trash bags. No dish cloths or towels. Cockroaches. AC is good. Barbeque pit not workable. Tried to get hold of manager by phone and text, no answer. There was wood for a firepit. Outside furniture not in good condition. Front mini golf course is stopped up. Great place to see rocket launches.Groceries and drug store near by. Mattresses are very good. 2 of 3 TVs good. Washer and dryer work. Screen door on outside dining area broken.Dishwasher works. Oven is iffy. Stove works. This could be a fabulous property. We made the best of it. There were 8 of us. Four adults, 2 teens, 1 tween, 1 baby. Baby play pens (there were 2) neither fully work. We had a great time with family in spite of the problems, but would certainly have enjoyed a working barbeque pit.

Great location other then that it’s very dated, has a very bad smell in the home. The mini course is all flooded and everything falling apart

Home was missing pot holders and kitchen towels. Gas grill in poor condition and there was very little LP, so we had to go buy some.

The manager was rude. The property was not cleaned especially when they charge for cleaning fee. We tried to explain that to the property manager while sending him pictures. There was hair on the toilet and all on the sheets. The lights don’t work in the dining area. The bathrooms are not updated. Lightning in bathrooms are horrible. The manager told us to get out while trying to explain the situation during checking into the property. I do not recommend staying at this property.

Slight weird decorations but fun. No ice maker, refrigerator didn't keep food very cold. There were only 6 towels, and 4 wash cloths for 10 people. Not a good situation. Location was great with beach front location. Overall it was nice, but with a few checks on problems it could be great place.

Formal event. Delighted by amenities and venue for such an event. Very spacious, much better than we even expected. Great care to create a quality experience. My compliments!!!!

Overall it is a very nice property. The garage was a nice surprise. We enjoyed it very much. We just had a few little things that I feel would help the next group. One thing is the wifi was a little iffy some times. Tvs would go out and it would have to be restarted. The freezer was garbage. We had ice cream in it and it was not close to frozen. The cleaning crew had forgot a few things like a empty bottle of vodka and a water bottle as well. The vent for the furnace was covered in dust. 500 dollars should get a better cleaning than that. There were a few light bulbs that were out and some remotes for the fans were corroded and missing batteries. We enjoyed it none the less though. One thing that would help the next party would be a cooler that you could bring to the beach.

The location was amazing! Close enough to town to be convenient, but we didn’t notice any bothersome road noise or traffic. The walkout straight to the beach is worth it! It was so fun to just be able to run to go t out the private boardwalk to the beach.
We loved the decor! It had such a fun, festively beach-y vibe!! That made it so fun :)
The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels (which never happens) plenty of dishes and cookware in the kitchen, and even had sand toys and boogie boards to take to the beach. I Cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at this house!! We wished we could have extended our trip it was that nice!

We had 6-8 people for the week at this house and loved every minute of it. Location was perfect, house was sparkling clean and really comfortable. We hope to go back again. We had a mix of parents and college age kids and we all were extremely happy. I highly recommend this house.

Overall a great spot and home. Layout is odd but manageable. We missed a few basic things - teaspoons, dishes for kids, normal coffee cups, towels were sparse.
Warning - do not walk on the sand in bare feet! So hot!

Renter Beware
Location of the property is awesome. That’s the only positive aspect.
House is NOT renovated as claimed in the description. Upon arrival we found the house dusty and overall just not very clean. If anyone if your group has allergies - the mold and mildew will be an issue. The entire house has carpet.
There are some underlying electrical issues with power and lights in some room going off and on periodically.
Two of the bedrooms are only accessible through other bedrooms. That was a shocker and not listed. Make sure you don’t mind having some family or friends walking through your room to get to theirs.
Half of the bedrooms have no closets or places to put your luggage.
The garage is decked out with games which looked cool for the kids - golf, pop a shot, air hockey, etc - sadly none of it worked.
So, here is the really troublesome part. I reached out to the Owner and gave him the feedback above. I have rented many houses, and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had - especially considering the price point of this home. The Owner threatened me - telling me he’d make life hell on me for the rest of my life - if I left a negative review. He went on to suggest that he can manipulate reviews and nobody would care.
If you want an old, dated, dirty house that’s almost like a maze - this house if for you. Location is great.
We won’t be back.

Beautiful large home with some extra surprises. Short walk directly to beach. Really enjoyed the week. Great place to finally spend time with family haven’t seen since start of pandemic.
