The house was the perfect size and a great space for our family to meet up and socialize over the holidays. The host repaired the Keurig machine promptly after we reported a problem, and we had no other issues with the house.

My family stayed here on a visit to Lassen and Shasta and the surrounding area and it was great. A spacious house that was very comfortable and clean. Everything was easy and smooth. We loved visiting the area, too! Thanks!

Spacious Resting Place "Really IS" just that !! We stayed a week here and loved it! The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. Convenient to everything local and a great place to base from for day-trips to all the great outdoor activities available in the area. Comfortable beds in all rooms. The two living areas are really nice: One like a den & open to kitchen w/bar area & the other more formal w/o tv. Great for more quiet time. Dining table is pretty small, but we made it work along with the kitchen bar area. I missed a couple of communications from Jessica during our stay, but that's on me... I didn't check emails during this trip & our communication ahead of check-in and after returning home have been excellent. -Doyle-

The house was clean, comfortable beds. Nice fence in backyard. Lots of seating in the backyard. Close to the conferences center. Sites that we went to is shasta damn, amd lassen national park. We were up in Redding for the golden Palooza at the conference ce ter. I would stay again.

Quiet neighborhood and clean house. We had some trouble with the AC but we’re able to borrow some fans to keep cool. overall a very nice stay! Thank you

We had a nice weekend get away to this beautiful home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Seeing the world famous Sun Dial bridge nearby was a highlight.

This house is very open. It is easy to find. It is close to stores and other places of interest. It is nice to have access to the garage. It was a very clean and well maintained. The only improvement I would recommend is more dishes and towels. Only enough for 4 people, we had 7 peolple. Would definitely stay here again!

This home is clean, fully stocked, and large enough for 6 adults. They also allow pets which is what drew me to it. It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood-the type where the neighbors wave to you as you pull in. I would stay here again but, since it’s new to the rental market, here are just a few minor suggestions. Access was by key which I didn’t know until after calling and e-mailing the owner at the time we were needing to check in. I was getting nervous waiting to find this out as we were driving 10 hours to get there. Having a entry pad and providing the access code the morning of arrival would help. There was a problem with the toilet at the first flush. This should have been checked before we arrived. The good thing is that they promptly had a plumber come and fix it. Preparing a book with all the little instructions-for the TV, Wifi name and password, heater and A/C control, trash guidelines, etc.,-would be helpful. It’s always easier to have this info in print where all the guests can access it rather than search back through emails to find the instructions. There’s also a large recliner chair in the master bedroom which blocks one side of the bed. It made it hard to get in/out of bed and impossible to use the nightstand. Perhaps remove it since we never sat in it.
