Peak-A-View is a spacious 4 bedroom with awesome views! Sleeps ten adults comfortably. Futon available for an eleventh guest. 3,300 sqf. Main level: includes well equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining and living room access to the large deck. Bedroom with king bed with a view, full bath with walk in shower and oversized soaking tub. Half bath, laundry room and one car garage access. Upper level: includes a second bedroom with king bed, second full bath, open loft with a view and relaxing oversized chair. Lower level: includes family room, two bedrooms, a futon, a third full bath and an office area. Third bedroom has a king bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen and two twins. Additional information: Free WIFI Full size gas grill 14 Deck chairs All paved roads Play pen, highchair and baby monitor available (please request when booking) Desk and wireless printer access via WiFi No air conditioning (typical for Colorado) due to the ability to cool with a cross breeze quickly. Pedestal and ceiling fans located in the house. We have security cameras that cover the driveway, front, rear and downstairs entrances. This includes a Ring doorbell.

This was our 2nd time here. We came back because the set up is great for our kids and grandkids. The lower level is perfect for our daughter and her family with young children, and the upstairs is perfect for our son. We loved the Dinosaur Museum and Wolf Sanctuary. A beautiful setting with an amazing stocked kitchen! Crock pot, gas grill, but bring your firestick.

Everything about this property was perfect for our family to relax and unwind. The views were picture perfect from the deck and it was hard to leave it behind.

The home is large, very clean, and well-designed. The view is amazing. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The kitchen is well-furnished. My wife and I cannot recall staying at a better rental.

Wonderful property with great view of Pikes Peak. Nicely laid out and well equipped. Spacious layout which was nice for the nine of us. Close to nearby attractions, hiking spots and fishing. Quiet setting. Morning and evening we could hear the wolves howling at the wolf sanctuary. Kitchen was well laid out with everything necessary for a large group. It was nice to have the extra refrigerator in the garage. Hosts were very responsive to a few questions during our stay. We all enjoyed seeing deer (and some moms with fawns) wander thru the yard. We would all highly recommend this property.

This home is beautiful and the views are stunning. We had two families stay together and we had plenty of room. The pictures of the property were accurate. In fact, the home is more spacious than you can tell just from the pictures. The porch is also very large with plenty of shade throughout the day, and the views of Pikes Peak and the surrounding mountains were beautiful. We enjoyed amazing sunrises and sunsets. The homeowners were very kind and quick to respond to our questions. They couldn't have been more accommodating for us especially considering that we had one individual in a powered wheelchair. They also provided several thoughtful amenities like salt & pepper, plenty of trash bags, coffee filters, etc. We can't wait to go back and stay again.

The property was amazing. Beautiful view of Pikes Peak. We were blessed with great weather. Lots of fun white water rafting, going to sites and zip lining. The Royal Gorge is awesome. Loved sitting on the deck see the. Sno2w on the moutains and watching the deer. Thank you.

My family and I rented this home for Thanksgiving week. The whole experience was just wonderful. From booking to check-out, Charlie and Diana made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. The home was absolutely beautiful. We had plenty of room for all 9 of us and we had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal and to spread out afterwards. The location was perfect. We were 15-20 min away from Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs and Seven Falls. Overall this was a trip we’ll never forget. So glad we had this experience and we would not hesitate to book again.

Incredible views, beautiful clean home with lots of amenities! Owners take great care in providing a cozy, comfortable place to get -away. We vacationed with family and friends and each had our own floor with fabulous bedrooms (I dreaded coming home to sleep in my own bed). Every day we noticed something new we had not seen the day before. The gas fireplace came in handy a couple of nights. Nightlights all over the place; which were quite helpful and appreciated. The deer came to visit daily and were not afraid of us in the least. We never fed them, but one might think they are hand-fed. We also enjoyed beautiful birds and even encountered black squirrels. The aspens were starting to change color and the views of Pikes Peak were breath-taking! Kitchen was well stocked! Thank you for thinking of all the fine details and providing pantry items, toilet paper and paper towels. You obviously have a heart for hospitality. May you be blessed as you offer your home to others and I pray that you keep your place available for years to come; because we will definitely be back and will tell all our friends! Thank you!

This property is beautiful and both it’s architecture it’s comfortable equipped and appointments as well as the artwork. We were on a several house loop through Colorado and by far and away this was the nicest house we stayed in. The manager/owner was very accommodating as we had to make some late reservation changes due to issues out of our control. Diana is a lovely person and was very accommodating we love very much to visit in this home again. The setting is on the side of the mountain looking at pikes Peak, the house is sparkling clean, and we truly appreciated the opportunity to share this lovely home. Couldn’t have been better.

This was our first family vacation in four years. The house was perfect for our family of ten (seven adults, three kids). Three different living areas allowed enough space for whoever needed some “me time”. The location was quiet and located close to the attractions we wanted to visit as well as hiking trails. We look forward to the chance of another getaway!

We had the best week with our family. The kids loved the openness of the cabin, while the adults loved mornings out on the deck. Great view of Pike’s Peak. Close and easy to get to town. We would highly recommend!

Annual Couples Trip
Put annual couples trip with friends of over 25 years was wonderful! The home was large enough to accommodate four couples, is centrally located, is well appointed and the view is spectacular! Each night the deer grazed below the deck as we enjoyed drinks, laughs and conversation. We will certainly book again if our couples trip destination brings us back to the area.

We were with 2 of our children's families. The house was immaculate and everything was perfect upon arrival and we had no issues at all throughout the week stay. We would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the area.

An amazing property, highly recommend!
The pictures don’t do this house justice, it is *beautiful* and really well-equipped! It sits high on a hill with an expansive, unobstructed view of Pikes Peak and the valley below. The gated deck, which wraps all the way around the front of the house, has a very large covered section which allowed us to watch some magnificent thunderstorms without getting wet. Inside, the house was perfectly laid out - traveling with extended family, we appreciated that we all had our own “space” (loft, main floor, lower level) and weren’t on top of each other. Charles and Diana were superb hosts, very responsive to questions. We highly recommend this house!!

Absolutely stunning view and beautiful property
This property was exactly as described in the listing. The property was very comfortable for two families (4 adults and 5 kids ages 1-12). The hosts' attention to detail (night lights, laundry baskets, coffee pods, etc) made the stay perfect. The view from the huge deck is stunning. We would definitely stay again.

10/10 recommend!! The house was beautiful and far enough from the neighbors but close enough into town where everything we could’ve needed was right at our fingertips. The beds were super comfy and the view was amazing. Will definitely stay again if visiting in the future!!

Peak-a-view is the perfect location for a small family gathering. The property has just enough privacy for each couple to have their own space while sharing common areas. The home is absolutely lovely inside and out and the view can’t be beat. It seems that every need was anticipated! The owners are great with communication and provide thoughtful extras. We can’t wait to stay here again!
