Our cottage was well situated within the Margaritaville property. The proximity to the shops and restaurants was really nice.We loved having our own private swimming pool and hot tub in the backyard. The style of the home with open living space on the main floor and two floors above with the bedrooms was very nice.One area that was lacking was the cleanliness of the floors. We were traveling with two infants that were crawling and they were getting black legs, hands & clothes as well as everyone’s feet. The livingroom rug had little chips of plastic and dirt, appeared to have not been vacuumed.No towels or dish cloths in the kitchen so we had to go out and purchase as we were preparing food during our stay.We were only supplied with one bath, hand and washcloth per adult. As we were staying for six nights, that was not sufficient.

We had to call maintenance twice because the circuit breaker for the dishwasher tripped. We suggested a replacement during the first visit but he just flipped the breaker. The it happened again the next day... we were not happy.

Great vacation rental lots of space. Outdoor pool area was nice. Basic necessities provided with the rental . Would have been nice to have additional towels based on this unit for you to 12 people. Kitchen had basic utensils. Living room sofa alittle soiled as it’s white fabric. We did have 2 small **** roaches in 2 different rooms. Overall the house suited our extended weekend needs! Love the surrounding areas like Sunswt Walk.

Place featured a good design and layout. Inadequate bedding and towels for a place that sleeps ten. The pullout sleeper had no sheets, blanket or pillow for guest. Each bathroom only had 1 roll of TP. Pool was fifthly upon arrival with no skimmer available. Called management company who only supplied skimmer and never cleaned pool which was requested. We spent 30 minutes skimming pool. Hot tub and outdoor tv not working but management company ( with 2 separate phone calls ) did respond for hot tub which was quickly fixed. However, TV was unable to be fixed. Choice of Kitchen utensils were extensive as we cooked several times. Overall interior of place was very clean. Would most likely recommend to friend but with these points communicated to them.

What a beautiful place to stay in the 5bdrm/5 bath with pool/spa! It was furnished with everything we would need. There were 2 broken stair treads that had blue tape on them and with narrow stairs, it was a little hard to maneuver. Other than that, everything was awesome. We would definitely recommend and/or stay again.

The house was immaculate! The decor was tasteful and not overdone. We were a large family of adults and children and it was just the perfect fit. We especially loved the bathrooms in each bedroom and the pool. We booked the trip to go to Disney and our only wish was to stay longer and enjoy the resort itself. We did use the shuttle service to and from the promenade and the staff was so kind and quick. Our only complaint was we tried several times to schedule the shuttle to Disney but never received calls back to set it up, we ended up spending a lot of money on Uber’s.

There was a group of 9 people that rented this 5 bedroom house is Margaritaville in Kissimmee, FL. We had a blast!! House was beautiful. It was great that each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was great so we could hang out more after leaving the resort pool. We will be back again...hopefully sooner rather than later!

The rental was amazing, beautiful decor. Very clean !!! Some of the stair steps had tape on them which can be dangerous, but just watch your step. Internet needs to be a little better to hear music or if you take kiddos have them watch tv but overall beautiful place to stay, pool was very clean . We loved it !

The experience was awesome! At first when I booked I had picked the one with a private pool and then when I called a couple of days before the reservation they told me I did not have a pool. The concierge person fixed this for me immediately as it would have ruined our trip and we probably would have cancelled due to not having a private pool. After arriving we were blown away with how spacious and beautifully decorated the cottage was. My family of ten loved this vacation so much and definitely recommend if you want a weekend to spend with your family. Especially during covid!

Beautiful cottage and great overall experience on the resort. At arrival we found the pool to be very dirty and the floors were not that clean. The pool cleaning lady did us a favor and cleaned the pool that same day (she stated the pool was to be cleaned the next day). On our 4th day we noticed the inside temperature of the cottage was increasing and notified the front desk. A tech was dispatched and found the AC unit was damaged. At one point the temperature inside the cottage reached 84 degrees. Contacted the front desk several times and got the same answer over and over: the AC company has been contacted. 6 hours later the AC was fixed. The resort and surrounding areas are awesome.

We really enjoyed the condo while we were here but the only two things I’ll have to say was the cleanliness of the place when we first arrived was not 100% there was still leftover mess from the previous tenants and wasn’t cleaned properly. And the other negative was the linen used, felt very cheap and the sheets were hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than that the place was unbelievable. And my family and I had a great time. Awesome spot and very convenient to food areas and attractions would definitely try book again.

The jacuzzi is manual and can be turned on whenever, set at temp of 100. Customer service was also attentive.
