About this house rental

Located in Fenter Township, this charming house for $171 per night is a great choice for your next trip. We welcome you to stay on the ranch in our BARNDOMINIUM. The Barndominium has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is located on our cattle ranch. When you arrive, you will have the code to operate the security gate to the ranch. Next, you will drive in the barn, then enter the Barndominium using the back door. Back Door Guests are the BEST! You will instantly feel at home and sense the quiet and calm that the ranch offers. The living room has big windows that allow you to relax and enjoy the scenery, or you can choose to sit outside in the barn area. The cows and horses are usually near by and grazing; their pastures are fenced separate from the Barndominium. We want you to enjoy the outdoors while you are here; try a little digital detox. A private walking path leads to a cute little park at the creek. At the creek, you can go wading, skip rocks, relax with a good book, picnic, or just watch the birds and squirrels and occasional deer. When you walk to the creek, you will want to use the Red Wagon parked at your door to transport your picnic basket, book, drinks, etc. Please let us know if you want us to set up some farm games; of course, our horse shoe game is played with REAL horses' shoes. Malvern, Arkansas is located just south of Little Rock. The Barndominium is 20 miles from Hot Springs, so you are close to Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort and Magic Springs Theme and Water Park. The ranch is only 5 miles from Interstate 30. Another nice attraction of Malvern, is the Ouachita River Whitewater Park which is a few minutes away. Please enjoy our community and our downtown area while you are here. When you leave the ranch, we have provided a fun souvenir for y'all to take home! MADE IN THE USA, from our pastures to you.....

We were coming back to our hometown of Malvern to visit family for the holidays. We wanted a better option than staying in a hotel. This property was a beautiful, quiet and relaxing option. More than happy with our stay! We will stay here again! PS. We slept so good!!!!

This was such an amazing place to stay. The hosts were very friendly, once you walked into the home it was extremely clean and felt very loving. The walk to the creek was nice. We throughly enjoyed playing in it and detoxing from our phones! The only one thing is the beds themselves were not very cozy. Would recommend bringing a mattress topper! Our son and ourselves also enjoyed the animals that were there especially the cat!

We stayed here to go ride side by sides in Hot Springs. The place was just as described and so private and quiet. They were very accommodating and allowed us to leave our trailer while we went into Hot Springs. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This property is wonderful! It’s away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to towns if you want to shop or go out for a meal. We really enjoyed the peacefulness and the animal friends! We walked down to the creek one evening also and they have a great sitting area to enjoy a drink or just rest a few minutes. We will certainly stay here again next time we come to this part of Arkansas!

We only live 20 miles from here but needed a change of scenery. Very much like home and beautiful place! We stayed inside and played board games and did puzzles. Shared laughs and enjoyed our family time unplugged. Very quiet and I highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at the Bardominium. We were immediately greeted by the sweetest animals and a ton of activities for our kids (1.5 and 3.5 years old). My daughter loved the barn cat. We walked to the creek everyday and threw rocks (my sons favorite activity). Easy drives to both Hot Springs and Little Rock. Nice kitchen to cook in and comfy beds and a very clean house. We even loved the kids books and all the board games! We highly recommend staying here!

Another mom and I brought our kids to Hot Springs for spring break and stayed at this listing. This is the cleanest Vrbo rental I’ve ever stayed at. It is immaculate. I would also like to know what kind of water heater this place has because it was TOP NOTCH! The animals are so fun to interact with and the location was amazing. Sassy the cat was an excellent host and kept us entertained. The human host was also great and very understanding/ accommodating. We had a blast and the kids really really did.

If you are looking for some R&R with loads of privacy, this is the place for you. The sweet farm animals are just the icing on the cake. Sassy the cat greeted us morning and night and even kept us company while we relaxed outside. The horses greeted us every morning as well, and the cows were super cute. The barn itself is adorable and very clean. My husband and I enjoyed getting warm by the fireplace every night after a long, cold day out. Our host was incredibly attentive and just the nicest person you'll ever meet. Additionally, the location is pretty central between Hot Springs and Little Rock giving us plenty of options for activities during our stay. This hidden gem is a must stay, and we can't wait to book again!

Me & my 12 yr old grandson had a wonderful week while here. My grandson said he was ready to just move in, he said it even came with its own pet (Sassy) Donna & her husband are incredibly sweet, you couldn't ask to meet nicer people. The setting is beautiful, I sat outside for hours reading & watching my grandson play. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to AR.

Literally from check in to check out this place was above my expectations! The house was perfectly cleaned, we met Mr Jace & Mrs Donna pulling in and they were so nice, the next morning Mr Jace came to feed his cattle and was sure to check to make sure we had everything we needed! The creek for the kids to play in was perfect, the fields to run in and the games they set up were awesome! We enjoyed petting the horses and a calf even let the kids pet her for a minute! This is definitely a little home away from home and we are so thankful we got to hang out this weekend! Thank you for having us!!

We came for our youngest birthday and enjoyed every moment there! Donna and her husband were so sweet! The property is very quiet but with plenty to do. The girls enjoyed their time outside playing with sassy and playing games. The horses were a sweet treat too. I love that lake Catherine is so close.

This was such a beautiful and relaxing property. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our three day stay. Two horses came to check on us every morning and the farm cat said goodbye! Our hostess walked over in the heat to greet us after we arrived and to offer her assistance should we need it. We stay in VBROs quite often, and we always appreciate it so much when the hosts make contact. We highly recommend this property for your getaway!

Best Stay in the Hot Springs

This is a beautiful property fully stocked with any amenity you could ask for! The owners are incredible nice and very easy to communicate with. You have a nice private entrance and car port to keep your vehicle cool. It definitely helped with this past week being over 100! Just a short drive, about 20ish minutes to the hot springs. The property also has comes stocked with board games and some horseshoe throwing outside. As well as a nice walking trail on the property for some good evening strolls. If you have kids or if you’re an animal lover like my finance you’ll love the friendly neighbor horses and cat on the property too. 10/10 will be coming back if available.

We had a nice trip. We wish it had not been so hot so we could have explored but it was 100 degrees. The only suggestion is maybe add another fan the living room and 2nd bedroom stay really warm compared to the rest of the home. But we realize it was so extremely hot outside all air conditioners would have an issue. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Traveled with 2 teenagers for a volleyball tournament in Hot Springs. This place made us feel like we were coming home at night. Quite, safe, beautiful, and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Easy access to Hot Springs.
