Two bedrooms have two queen beds each, and the fourth has one queen bed - providing for comfortable sleeping for 12. The deck has 2 tables each with an umbrella and 4 chairs, as well as 4 loungers and a gas grill. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, as well as a large sink. Additional amenities include an elevator, wet bar with mini fridge and ice maker, ceiling fans in every room (including bathrooms), beach furniture, outside shower with hot AND cold water, parking for 4 vehicles; and is conveniently situated only one block from the Beach Club, adult only pool, Olympic pool, shops, restaurant, food court and tennis courts/pickle ball.
